Nothing bad there, and nothing impressive. Standard 3 to 4 star hotel. + Comfortable bed, very clean room, sheets, bathroom etc. Room was a decent size View was alright (we could see Mt Ararat) Nice quiet street, no noise from traffic Friendly helpful staff Good location Breakfast was alright, reasonable selection. Free spring water in rooms. (Breakfast selection was: bean/beetroot salad, cheeses, sausages, ham, breads, ham omelette, rice, buckwheat, boiled eggs, apple/orange/banana, 3 types of yoghurts, jams, two types of cereals, pancakes. − Wifi was very weak, almost unusable in the room. Shower was partly broken, very weak flow of water No cups, spoons or kettle in the room (they did bring a kettle when we asked) Listing says jacuzzi is available, but we asked and it was closed for renovations Pool table is listed, but the cues are broken and table is sloping. Breakfast has a bit limited selection for vegetarians. (needs more salads)

Schlecht. − Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, niemand scheint sich wirklich zu kümmern. Wir wurden recht unfreundlich begrüßt, das Zimmer war ebenfalls sehr alt, wurde wohl nie wirklich geputzt, es roch. Beim Frühstück war nicht einmal genügend Geschirr für die Gäste da, alles sehr chaotisch. Wenn die Gäste nach Gläsern oder ähnlichem fragten, wurden sie nur unfreundlich abgewiesen; essen wollten wir dort nicht.

Worst experience! Worst hotel! + Terrible experience. I honestly do not understand how TripAdvisor could give this hotel such a rating. The hotel even advertises its TripAdvisor recommendation on-site. From the moment we arrived, we were treated very unfriendly. When we entered our room, it had clearly not been cleaned. The bed was unmade, everything was dirty, there was no hot water, and the towels were stained and filthy. We asked to change rooms, but were told that this would only be possible the next day. We were assured that someone would come and clean the room. However, when we returned in the evening, it was still dirty. We were then told that there were no available rooms. We spent a long time arguing with the staff, but were repeatedly told that the manager was not there and that they could not do anything. We did not even receive fresh towels. We were told that no one was available anymore and that they could not help us. We explained that we could not possibly spend anothe…

Very Disappointing Stay – Avoid This Hotel + Very Disappointing Stay – Avoid This Hotel I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel was one of the worst experiences I have had. The room was extremely dirty. The bed linen had greasy stains on it, and the pillows smelled unpleasant, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The shower cabin looked as if it had not been properly cleaned for years. The towels were heavily worn out and had a strange odor as well. Fortunately, I had brought my own towel. The room was also poorly equipped. There was no hair dryer and not a single glass or cup available. Access to the hotel is another major problem. It is located in such a narrow street that even a bus cannot reach it. We had to drag our luggage for more than 200 meters along a dirty and dusty road. In the evening, the street is very poorly lit, and the sidewalk is in such poor condition that I actually twisted my ankle while walking to the city center. Overall, this hotel is definit…

It was generally somewhat acceptable but only for a few days…as no comfort for normal living. + Mostly location and reception girl − Should be refurbished and renewed, most of the furniture shall be updated especially bed including pillows, curtains were cut and damaged, bath room facilities requires renovations. The worst hotel in Armenia that we have been for last 6 years. + Room was clean − Staff of the Hotel was the worst We have ever seen. As we arrived on a car to the Hotel first was that they scared us that they don’t care about cars of clients, car will be robbed,stolen some exterior details etc. even they told us to park somewhere else. Breakfast was also the worst we have ate with family. In the room that was family Lux ( overpriced) there was no window, it was like jail room.

Ok for 1 night + The hotel is well-located; you can take a taxi anywhere, and it is a quiet area. − The room was excellent, though there were electrical issues at the hotel. The food was of very poor quality, and the staff were very unpleasant—except for Ms. Ella at the reception, who was very nice and helpful in every way possible. Rating: 7.

+ I only stayed at Hotel for one day, but they somehow noticed that it was my birthday. I was actually in Yerevan for work, so I never expected such a warm surprise. The staff kindly congratulated me and prepared an amazing birthday compliment—a delicious cake, fresh fruit, and a bottle of wonderful Armenian wine. It was such a thoughtful and generous gesture that truly made my day. The hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care for their guests were exceptional. I was genuinely touched and left with wonderful memories. Thank you to the entire team for making my birthday so special.
