Comfortable stay + Hotel was new, staff was friendly, beds were comfortable and the room was large. − Bathroom shower was very slippery. Breakfast could be improved

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the place itself is lovely + Exceptional comfortable bed!! And very clean modern room. − Not there fault but we thought we could walk to the mall/supermarket next door but you had to take a taxi due to the freeway configuration

A home away from home. + Incredibly convenient location next to Tirana East Gate Bus terminal, albeit a short car ride required to get there. The staff are so so so helpful. I arrived at 03:30 on a quite delayed overnight bus from Thessaloniki. When asking for help to arranged a taxi they offered to collect me from the bus terminal, and didn’t want any money for doing so. Thank you so much!! − Nothing, everything was perfect.

+ The service, the greeting, the assistance to get food, the help to arrange a taxi. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was good. − We had a room facing the rear carpark. We were disturbed all night by the barking guard dogs behind the hotel. It is unfortunate and I'm guessing many guests would have also had the disturbance.

נחמד + החדרים נקיים,המלון נקי ונראה חדש או משופץ ,הצוות שירותי מאוד. עוזרים בכל בקשה או שאלה,שידרגו אותנו למיני סוויטה,בגלל מזגן שלא עבד בחדר שהוזמן,קרוב מאוד לקנין,אין בריכה , − המלון רחוק מהעיר,למי שזה מתאים,חייבים רכב כדי לצאת מהמקום,חדר שהיזמנו המזגן לא עבד טוב,הייתה בעיה עם החלון שלא ניסגר,כנראה בגלל זה.החליפו לנו את החדר למיני סוויטה,כנראה הם שולטים במיזוג גם שם המזגן לא ממש קירר,ארוחת הבוקר לא טובה.הלחמים יבשים,ירקות חתוכים נראים לא טוב.כנראה אין תחלופה,לא לסמוך על ארוחת הבוקר.

Cerca de la estación de bus + La ubicación es perfecta si necesitas estar al lado de la estación de buses. Buenas instalaciones − El desayuno es bastante decepcionante

Comfortable, modern, well located for transit from the East Gate station + Comfortable, spacious, modern. Great location near the East Gate bus station. Very pleasant and helpful staff. − Only one small thing: no reading lights! There's only one overhead light, so it was all or nothing. Would've liked to have a bedside lamp for winding down for bed.

It was a good choice for what I needed it for + Clean room, good water pressure and temp. Nice staff. Location was close to the mall and highway. − Breakfast was good if you got there early, by the end things had been sitting for hours so not as good. Restaurant was closed for private party (wedding- very loud even on the other side of building where my room was I could still hear them late into the night).

Muy buen alojamiento próximo a terminal buses + Hotel moderno, habitación muy cómoda, ubicado muy próximo a terminal de buses TEG (junto al principal shopping de Tirana). Si bien está al lado de la terminal, no se puede llegar a pie (salvo que quieras caminar 30 minutos por camino peatonal) ya que implica cruzar la autopista. Nos resultó muy útil la app Patoko, similar a Uber pero local de Tirana, para pedir taxi pagando con tarjeta de crédito o efectivo. En 3 minutos se llega a la terminal en auto.
