Piacevole soggiorno + Hotel in posizione eccellente, a due passi a piedi dalla piazza principale, dal centro commerciale, principali luoghi di interesse, negozi, bar, punti ristoro. Struttura che mantiene una dimensione antica, mobili, elementi di arredo in legno scolpiti a mano, pulito, accogliente. Personale molto gentile e cortese, ci hanno anche preparato la colazione a portar via dato il nostro check out alle 6 di mattina. Camere e bagni grandi, letto comodo. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente.

+ Hotel molto confortevole. Posizione ottima. Hanno dei posti per il parcheggio della macchina proprio di fronte la struttura che si trova in una via appartata e non trafficata.

− Leider sind die Zimmer kleiner als angegeben. Duschkabine unsauber. Lampen gehen teilweise nicht. Lichtschalter nur schwer erreichbar hinter dem Bett. Kühlschrank sehr laut und lässt sich nicht regulieren. In der Nähe gibt es bessere und günstigere Hotels.

Pace vicinanza a tutto e accoglienza + Alberghi lontani dal centro, camere non accoglienti, cibo pessimo e personale che non ti fa nemmeno un piccolo sorriso nemmeno dovessero morire domani? Non qui. Qui avete tutto l'opposto. Siete praticamente in centro, ma non in una strada caotica dove fareste fatica a dormire per il chiasso della movida. La struttura è vicina a tutto al massimo a 10 minuti a piedi da ogni cosa di interesse.In una traversa del viale principale dove il rumore non riesce ad arrivare. Staff sempre gentile e cordiale. Non mancano nemmeno i sorrisi e le chiacchierate anche se non sapete bene l'inglese. Disponibili a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Camere e stile dell'hotel veramente ben curati. − Unica nota non negativa ma che stona un po con tutto il resto che secondo me era quasi perfetto è stata la colazione. Molto varia ma se si arriva tardi purtroppo rimane poco. Ma in ogni caso se si chiede ti danno, quindi il problema quasi non si pone.

unpleasant experience + The hotel is in the city center. The room was clean. The breakfast was very good. − The room was cold and the air conditioner was not enough to warm it up. I booked a hotel for three nights, but due to the flight cancellation I didn't come the first night. I sent an email to the hotel (before my check-in time) and informed them that I would not come until the next day. When I arrived, I was charged for three nights, but I was told that my room had been given to someone else for the third night and that I would have to leave the hotel after only one night (note again that I paid for three nights). The next day I was in business meetings, and the hotel called me twice to inform me that I would have to leave the hotel during the day. After I said that I will write to Booking to inform them that Brilant Antik Hotel is an unreliable partner, they said that I can stay. It was very unpleasant experience, I would not go back there again.

+ La ubicación, lo limpio − Que nos cobraron más de lo que decía lo que reservamos y cuando le reclame a la recepcionista dijo que lo que decía booking era un error, le pedí factura porque pagué en efectivo y que cuando me fuera me la daba y nunca me la dieron, en la noche estaba el manager y hablamos con el y nos dijo es que se cobra de las porque este es un edificio viejo y hay que pagar tasas extra y yo le dije que no estaba de acuerdo porque no es lo que dice la reserva de booking y de tanto que le dije prefirió darme lo que me había cobrado de más. Situación que me parece una falta de respeto al consumidor porque si booking dice algo y te especifica los costes extra porque te tienen que cobrar de más por la cara

Bad + The location was excellent. The towels were replaced everyday. − The hotel charged me €20 more than what booking.com offered me after my genius discount. When asked, they mentioned it’s a tourist tax. I checked with a few local guides and they mentioned it’s a scam and there’s no such thing as a tourist tax in Albania. When inquired from the property again, they mentioned it’s a municipality tax. Not sure why the property is passing the tax burden to their guests after quoting a cheaper price on booking.com. After I made the payment at the property, they cancelled my booking.com reservation. Something’s fishy! Please make sure you double check before booking or try to avoid if possible. Also, the food was so dry and the no much options for breakfast. Terrible Wi-Fi signal!

+ Friendly staff that speaks English. Huge breakfast. Comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. − The nearby mosque is rather loud when they call to prayers multiple times a day. This is obviously not something the hotel can control and would be an issue for other hotels in the area.

Bella struttura, gestita malissimo. Cercate altrove + La posizione è perfetta e la struttura ha un arredamento molto affascinante. − All’arrivo il ragazzo della reception ha cercato di farci pagare 10 euro in più per una non meglio identificata “tassa per un edificio storico nel centro città”. Ci viene assegnata una stanza bella, peccato che entrando in bagno ci accorgiamo che il gabinetto non ha l’asse. Chiedo quindi la riparazione (“Impossibile a quest’ora” nonostante fossero le 16) o il cambio camera. “Non è possibile, siamo sold out”. Non era vero, e bastava guardare alle chiavi appese alla reception o alle stanze ancora disponibili Booking. Davvero un peccato. La struttura meriterebbe molto, ma ci siamo sentiti presi solamente in giro.
