The receptionist was very rude, not polite at all. Not welcoming at all. Will never stay in that hotel again. + Nithing − The customer service was very poor

Nice hotel with amazing outdoor pool + The outdoor pool. A greay breeze so the 37° did not feel like it at all. Free parking. Training facilities. Our room was big. − There was a lot of construction work. The hotel is a bit worn out, but probably great once it is finished.

Bouwval + Locatie is top! − Het zwembad en de gym zijn verouderd net zoals de kamers. Kamer was niet helemaal schoon, er zaten vlekken op het bord van het bed. Geen idee wat het is... Je leeft echt in een bouwval, goed om dit te vermelden aan je gasten... Het zwembad is niet veilig voor jonge kinderen, omdat er scherpe randen zijn. Ik heb een snee in mijn voet gekregen door de rand van het zwembad. Het kan er in de toekomst een stuk beter uit zien.. De locatie is fantanstisch en personeel is erg behulpzaam.

The staff were extremely professional, welcoming, and always ready to help. Everything was handled with care and attention, making our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The location is one of the hotel’s biggest advantages, close to the city center while still offering a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. − Nothing in particular. Everything met our expectations.

Estadia en Tirana + Experimentamos un problema técnico en la habitación pero el hotel de inmediato procedió a solucionar el problema, inclusive nos asignaron a un upgrade de habitación. El desayuno podría haber sido mejor, si bien no estaba mal. − Problemas con internet y variedad de canales, falta de cosas dulces al desayuno y la máquina de café deben renovarla.

Memorable for the wrong reasons + Only the location which was central − The property is undergoing major external renovations and was disruptive. The hotel should either be closed for major renovations or should not do renovations! Can’t have it both ways and expect guests to be OK with this. Our room balcony was inaccessible due to large parts of concrete cladding and metal work which had been taken off the facade lying across the floor making it dangerous and inaccessible all together which is unbelievable to think we were given such a room with a building-site balcony 😂 And the noise of works being carried out began early in the morning so there was no relaxing long lie-in. Upon check in there were no staff it was like a ghost town. This is far from the 5 star experience you would receive elsewhere. I’m sure there are many cheaper and nicer hotels in Tirana. I will not be returning here.
