Bad management except Patricia + Just arrived home from a 10 night holiday the resort is beautiful but very wide spread to get anywhere so golf carts are needed always , they don’t come quickly , the resort had cut workers down as less busy . Lovely manager Patricia tried her best to sort issues of evening buffet closing 5 out of our 10 night stay offered my family of 4 a meal in Nicole’s restaurant without paying the extra to eat there but then Patricia went off sick and we were told we could only have 2 of the meals she promised so we were not happy . Seems managers do not confer well at this hotel , along with this we had yogurts 3 days out of date on buffet at least 12/15 sat there and a long hair in a la carte dinner , management just did not care so very disappointing . The staff were overall very good and friendly and worked hard , the lovers beach now has a slimey bottom under water it’s not pleasant and other beach not a swimming beach much nicer ones over other side of Anti…

+ Great view from room but the problem is that if you have to go to the front of the resort it is a long up and down walk when it is hot. You can call for a ride but expect 30 minute wait for it. The other problem is beach towels they are always out in the storage places at the beach and the pool, we were told that it was a slow week, so one would think that this would not be a problem. We had a snorkeling excursion we called for a ride 30 minutes early and at that time we told them we would need towels for it. Was told no problem, the excursion van was 15 minutes late so they had 45 minutes to round up beach towels we had to wait another 5 minutes for towels They were warm fresh out of dryer. The good side was nice little duplexes , great food , good drinks, and very friendly help. Management just needs to step up buy more beach towels and put more cart drivers on , you shouldn’t have to wait more than 10 minutes for a ride

+ Some things that our group disliked. Calling for transportation around the resort, no one would show up unless you called several times. For not being a busy week, you would think that it wouldn’t be a problem. The second complaint we had was that there was never any swim towels available any day of our stay, very disappointing. Finally there was some great staff and some that felt that customers were not their priority. Would not return.

Great week; relaxing and you dont have to worry about finding a restaurant every night. + Beaches & pools - all well maintained, clean and good facilities. Rasta Beach quiet and peaceful. Lovers Beach busier with access to water sports. The wind is very fluky and sailing area limited for the Hobbies and windsurfing. No lifeguards or rescue boat. Outdoor games areas - Pickleball, tennis, minigolf etc all well maintained and fun evening activities when its cooler. Food - food quality in all restaurants very variable from day to day. Don't expect fine dining anywhere! Seabreeze (main) Restaurant great for breakfast but themed food nights unimaginative. Papa Ricco's - very disappointing pizzas but we did live in Italy for 2 years! Portofino Italian restaurant - much hype but very mediocre. They really need an Italian chef to advise! Great resort, would absolutely stay again. + Really enjoyed this resort and would absolutely return. Two perfect beaches, lots of great restaurant options, and very quiet and relaxing. − The things we didn’t like weren’t deal breakers, but personal preferences! A real shame not to be able to see a proper sunset, too many of the restaurants are in doors and the entertainment was ‘younger’ than we would’ve liked.

Great hotel, fabulous location. + This resort is secluded,very clean and tidy. Our villa was spacious and near to the main pool and bar - perfect. In the main the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was magnificent. A great mix of West Indian and international fare. It was plentiful and well cooked and presented. − Some of the staff let the side down with inaction and dismissive attitude. Thankfully, they were few in number.

Great choice + Beautiful location. Loved the warm welcome of cold face cloth and a rum Punch on arrival followed by a personal welcome and explanation. Great food and lots of choices - 6 different restaurants to choose from . Food available from 6:30am till 1am next morning. Good quality, maybe a little bland at times. But catering for a lot of people. Loved the fresh cooked area - for omelettes or stir fries where you select what you want in the dish. The room with balcony overlooking the sea was perfect. We liked having a kettle sink and refrigerator. The electric buggies and staff were always available for a lift if you wanted them. It's a big site and slightly hilly. But beautiful to walk too. The staff were very warm and welcoming. We only left the site once to swim with stingrays. But others were off on lots of different excursions which you could book with the tour desk. Beautiful resort for the money and we loved it. Thank you all 🫶🏼🌟 + All inclusive was amazing to not move from the resort. Our room had endless views and very close to the main pool and dining areas. My knee was injured and this helped me so much. The Italian restaurant was amazing and they made special arrangements for my bf birthday. The porters were super friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfy and our stay was very relaxing. Kudos to the foam party. We had a blast − Nothing. Everything and everyone were amazing even in crisis. One restaurant food was a hit and miss but the cat loved the food. lol

I want to go back! + The staff was outstanding! They were attentive and friendly. I would go back again! My experience was a happy one. The pools were refreshing and the beach was awesome. Everything is accessible and the taxi drivers were friendly.
