Lovely hotel with a warm and friendly vibe + Loved the beach and Prickly Pear Island, the restaurant, the tennis courts and gym. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very helpful having a Butler - Michael was great for getting restaurant bookings and taxis, etc. Dougie on the beach was great. Loved Davy on the water taxi service back and forwards to Prickly Pear. Too many great staff to mention. Breakfast was good quality and kept us full until our evening meal. We ate out most evenings and there are some great restaurants within 30 minute taxi ride. The beach bar was nice and very reasonably priced at Happy Hour. Lovely relaxed resort with a great vibe. − Nothing that would put us off going again. It's medium sized resort - so think small and friendly rather than big with lots of entertainment and facilities that said they had what we needed - a nice beach, a couple of pools, good gym, two good tennis courts and a nice restaurant for breakfast. Not really much within walk…

+ Beautiful view. small but nice beach. great access to prickly pear island. Meals on property were good, but expensive. Staff was pleasant. − Small resort. Too expensive for what is offered. No entertainment. limited activities - tennis, pool, some beach toys. not enough restaurant options. .

+ Beautiful place. Right on the beach. I live that we have easy access to the private island − The staff wasn’t that nice. Housekeeping didn’t clean my room everyday like they should.

Denize sıfır oluşu, temizliği, yemeklerinin güzel oluşu. + Konumu güzeldi. Geniş alanlara sahip oluşu, temizliği, kahvalatı ve diğer yemekleri.

Antigua's natural beauty helped offset our disappointment with the hotel. + The staff were friendly and professional, which is what one would expect from a hotel of this level. We also enjoyed the restaurant's waterfront location, where breakfast is served. Dinner was good, and the chef's work left a positive impression. Unfortunately, that was where the positive aspects of our stay largely ended. − Our room was located on the ground floor. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a persistent moldy smell, so the first thing we did was open the terrace door to air the room out. However, the terrace itself was quite surprising for a hotel in this price range: broken tiles on a rusted base and an empty, neglected planter. It is difficult to reconcile such conditions with the expectations of guests paying more than $800 per night. The next morning, I was awakened by a hotel employee standing on our terrace. He had climbed over the external fence to access a hatch hidden beneath the broken tiles…

Idyllic getaway in a 4-star resort, nestled in a beautiful setting facing the sea + Wonderful 4-star resort & spa located in a wonderful scenery (garden & beach) facing the magic Prickly Pear Island. Top-notch services and amenities, ensuring guests experience utmost comfort. Three restaurants serving remarkable local, Japanese and international cuisine. Continental and local breakfast in an enchanting setting. Two beautiful swimming pools, one with overflowing water facing the sea. A white sandy beach to rest peacefully under its pleasant coconut trees. The discovery of Prickly Pear Island, with its white sandy beach offering a turquoise sea water, bird sanctuary, 5 minutes by free boat shuttle from the hotel. − The water from the hotel beach polluted by sea grass (sargasses).

A pleasant stay overall, but the room did not offer good value for money. + I noticed that a new check-in process has been implemented, where guests are seated and the staff come to assist them. This was very convenient, and the check-out process was also extremely smooth. The food was delicious—I especially loved the chicken rolls! − Given the high nightly rate, I did not feel that the room offered good value for money. The streetlight shining through the bathroom was bothersome, I could not figure out where to control the air conditioning, and although the bathroom was very spacious, the shower itself was extremely small. Water also kept spreading across the bathroom floor whenever the shower was used. Overall, I was a bit disappointed with the room on this trip.
