Unsere beste Unterkunft in Japan + Das Hotel liegt in einem ruhigen, zentralen Quartier und einige Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss sehr gut erreichbar. Was uns erwartet hat: Ein sehr grosszügiges, sauberes Appartement mit allen Annehmlichkeiten wie eine Küchenzeile, eine Nespresso-Maschine sowie eine Waschmaschine mit Trockner etc. Einfach top! Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war spürbar ihr grosses Anliegen, uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Auch organisierten sie für uns den reibungslosen Transport unseres Gepäcks in ein nächstes Hotel. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden. − Gar nichts.

We had an exceptional family stay in Kyoto and would happily return again! + The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Our room was beautiful, exceptionally clean and spacious, which was perfect for our family. The location was also fantastic, with Nishiki Market and many other attractions within walking distance. We travelled with our 1.5-year-old son and felt very comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. − There was honestly very little we didn’t like about the property. We had a wonderful stay and found the accommodation, staff and location to be excellent.

Extraordinaria experiencia en Kyoto + Extraordinario alojamiento, sin duda uno de los mejores donde me he alojado. Habitación enorme y comodísima, donde todo está cuidado hasta el más mínimo detalle. El trato de todo el personal es inmejorable y el desayuno excelente. − La parte menos positiva es que está bastante alejado del centro, pero también se agradece la tranquilidad de la zona.

Perfect end to an exhausting ASIA tour 🥰 + Perfect!!!! Amazing space, spotlessly clean. Huge rooms, cool and minimalist, but missing nothing. complementary extras amazing. As a family with children, I understand that it could sometimes be tricky. But we were made to feel SO welcome. Staff were exceptional!!!! So kind and helpful. 100%.
