Sehr angenehmes Onsen, leider irreführende Angaben auf hompage und inflexibles Management. + Das Onsen ist sehr eindrücklich und das Abendessen, welches auf dem Zimmer serviert wird, ist hervorragend. − Das Hotel macht auf der homepage nicht klar, dass Zimmer mit Seeblick keinen Blick auf den Mt. Fuji haben. Es wird der falsche Eindruck erweckt, jedes Hotelzimmer mit Seeblick würde es erlauben, den Mt. Fuji hinter dem See zu sehen. Das ist nicht der Fall. Die Zimmer auf den See haben den Mt. Fuji im Rücken und die ZImmer mit Bergblick haben im übrigen Aussicht auf die Stadt. Das Hotel hat eine sehr strenge Besucherpolicy und erlaubte nicht, dass Freunde uns besucht haben, welche mit uns gereist aber mangels Verfügbarkeit von einem Zimmer in unserem Hotel in einem anderen Hotel gleich in der Nähe absteigen mussten. Das empfand ich als unangemessen stur, insbesondere weil ich angeboten haben, die Personalien der Gäste anzugeben und für den Besuch zu bezahlen.

Good stay in a decent hotel + Very nice large rooms; nice roof terrace with Fuji View; shuttle service to station − Basically everthing perfect; only thing to mention is that Kaiseki dinner 3 days in a row is not recommendable and we also had to realize that reception staff not really can provide information what‘s going on in the area
