+ I liked the onsen facilities. I had the luck to use them alone and it was really nice. The room was big and had everything we needed. The staff was very nice and helpful. − Personally I didn't like the food.

+ Le onsen (côté soin), les chambres, le personnel. − L'obligation de l'horaire du diner à 18h . Nous avons dû arrêter notre excursion plus tôt, et évidemment pas faim à cette heure là. Impossible de joindre l'hôtel pour venir nous chercher avec nos valises. Sous la chaleur la montée était très pénible!

Magnifique expérience pour profiter de Hakone à la japonaise. + Nous avons pris une chambre japonaise familiale pour 6, une super expérience. Le repas traditionnel le soir était délicieux, mais les goûts originaux étaient un peu plus difficiles pour les enfants. Le onsen privatif était très agréable. − Tout était très bien, il faut juste savoir que la navette de l’hôtel n’est disponible qu’une seule fois à l’arrivée et au départ. Si on souhaite retourner au centre pour les visites il faut marcher une bonne dizaine de minutes en pente.

Experiencia relajante, una pausa entre el ajetreo de Tokio y el de Kioto + Muy amable y atento el personal. Ofrecen un servicio de lanzadera gratuito hasta la estación de tren de Hakone. Un entorno precioso, en medio de la montaña. Todo verde. Las habitaciones muy amplias. Teníamos onsen privado: fabuloso, relajante, confortable, íntimo, bastante caliente y se podía regular la temperatura. Tenía acceso directo a la ducha de la habitación, ideal para hacer contrastes con la ducha fría si quieres. Para cenar te prestan el Yukata (traje típico) y las sandalias. Experiencia inmersiva completa. Están incluidos la cena y el desayuno. La presentación era preciosa y muy delicada. Te explican qué es cada plato. El café está muy bueno. − El desayuno y la cena: productos típicos japoneses. Casi todo era frío. No nos gustó demasiado. Es caro.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, lo staff gentilissimo, parlano inglese e la cena molto buona. + La stanza in stile giapponese e la cena − Avremmo preferito la possibilità di scegliere una colazione diversa. L’onsen privato un po’ piccolo
