Only place I’d stay in Tokyo + Hard to find any faults with this hotel. No pool is all I can muster. Stylish and clean, rooms are spacious by Japanese standards. Lovely linen and firm mattress. Amazing breakfast and lunch buffet. Hilarious Japanese tv . Easy walk to trains and sites.

Westin: Not very central + Hotel is located in the suburbs area of Ebisu area. Train metro is a good 20 min walk. Taxi to Ginza will cost you U$D 30 or 4,500 JPY. Ebisu area is nice area to walk explore itself. We checked late nite, was not busy, but guy was very slow, took us 30 mins to get our keys. The room was average and clean. The Executive Lounge: nice & with beautiful view of Tokyo skyline. We only had breakfast, which was nice with very friendly staff. The Concierge was helpful in guiding us where to go & etc.

Top tier hotel + One of the best hotels I stayed in in Tokyo and cannot wait to revisit. It is very close to a train station, and a shopping centre., with good views of Tokyo, Tokyo Tower. And also the environment and rooms so clean and welcoming. I have nothing bad to say about this beautiful place. From concierge to house keeping; everyone was amazing. I celebrated my birthday and they placed a chocolates and a bottle of champagne in my room. Top tier hotel

Un séjour convivial, un personnel exceptionnel + The Westin Tokyo exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is elegant, spotless, and beautifully maintained. Its location is excellent, just a pleasant walk from Ebisu Station, making it easy to explore Tokyo. The staff were exceptionally professional, warm, and attentive—some of the best service I’ve ever experienced. I truly enjoyed my 5-night stay, and the view over Tokyo was absolutely stunning. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended! 心より感謝申し上げます。ホテルのマネージャーの皆様、そしてスタッフの皆様の卓越したプロフェッショナリズムとおもてなしに感動しました。本当にありがとうございました.

The Best Option in Tokyo + This has to be my favorite Westin ever! It was located in a very quaint and beautiful area. So clean and easy to walk around. The staff at the hotel were so personable and made a point to get to know us. The rooms were spacious and there was a great variety of food options! Highly recommend if you’re looking to experience Tokyo in style!

Loved location + I loved the location of Westin Tokyo. It is only one stop away from the hustle and bustle Shibuya but Ebisu Garden Place is very quiet and relaxing. Also somehow cooler with nice wind in this area which helped us cool down from the extremely hot summer in Tokyo. We are a family of five with two teen agers and a preschooler and had a connecting rooms (two double beds room and a king room) with a beautiful view of Tokyo Tower and stayed there for about 2 weeks. We went to the Ebisu Garden Place food market every single day to get some food and took train and taxies to everywhere. The breakfast was great with many variety of food. The room service was also great and the Top floor bar had a great view of Tokyo and delicious and intricate cocktails. The customer service was of course top class in a Japanese way. The hotel is very Art Deco and feels luxurious. Very clean and comfortable. We will be back:)

It was a good hotel, the look was a bit dated but a nice hotel overall + The ambience, the beds and ease of getting transportation − The staff were a bit standoffish

A Relaxing Tokyo Stay with Club Lounge Dining and a Special Tanabata Touch + I stayed at The Westin Tokyo for one night on July 7, 2026, during a Tokyo staycation with a friend. We stayed in a Premium King room. The room had a calm and comfortable atmosphere. Some parts of the property do show their age, but the bathroom and other water areas felt nicely renovated and comfortable to use. The highlight of our stay was the Club Lounge. In the evening, we enjoyed a buffet-style selection of light dishes along with drinks. There were also special cocktails available, which made it a nice place to relax without having to leave the hotel for dinner. We also had breakfast in the Club Lounge the next morning. It was served buffet-style, and it was nice to take our time and choose whatever we wanted. Since we stayed on July 7, the hotel had a Tanabata display with colorful paper strips where guests could write their wishes and hang them up. It was a small seasonal touch, but it made the st…
