+ 地點離札幌車站跟大通公園都很近 步行10分鐘內都可以到想去的地方 飯店內有mini bar可以使用(特定房型) 很適合晚上小酌跟吃點小點心 入住及退房服務人員也很細心說明 房間舒適 大小也剛好

素晴らしいホテルで次回も宿泊で使いたい + とても綺麗でスタッフさんもスムーズに対応してくれました！ お風呂のライトも娘が喜んでいました！ − 強いて言えば駐車場の出し入れが時間かかるのが気になりましたが、機械式なので仕方ないかと思います！

+ Nothing. − The room size vs the expectation of what was booked. The concept . It is too dark for such a compact set up. Though we were high it felt like we were underground in a bunker.. The check in process, queuing up to check in by your self which didn't work for us nor the staff supporting us. After a long flight you just want to have a room to sleep, but it took longer. It felt like a school registration process. Or Other. Breakfast was rushed, ok, we were late. It was not pleasant. But we accept that we were so tired that we slept in. The overall experience lead us to request a refund after the 1st night, which was obviously rejected. We managed to find a better hotel and left Cross after only sleeping 1 night instead the 3 booked nights. This is not a 4* at all. The staff with very limited English tried to accommodate us by using the PocketAi, maybe its why empathy was not felt. We love Japan, the Japanese culture, but this hotel experience fell short of satisf…

Comfortable base for Sapporo exploration + Location mid way between station and Odori Park downtown. Clean, comfortable beds, city view. I would choose it again. − A bit old fashioned as in most business hotels in Japan.

ประทับใจมาก + ได้รับการอัพเกรดห้อง ห้องพักใหญ่มาก พนักงานบริการดี การเช็คอินและเช็คเอาท์ เป็นไปอย่างรวดเร็ว ลืมของสำคัญไว้ในเซฟ พนักงานได้ติดต่อกลับและตกลงเก็บรักษาไว้ให้เป็นระยะเวลานาน รอจะกลับไปเอา มีให้ฝากกระเป๋าก่อนเข้าพักได้ และอยู่ใกล้สถานที่เที่ยว เดินไปไม่ไกล มีออนเซ็นในชมวิว มีร้านสะดวกซื้ออยู่ใกล้ๆหลายที่ − อยากให้มี อุปกรณ์ในออนเซ็นมากกว่านี้ เช่น ยางรัดผม การเดินไปสถานีวันจะกลับอาจต้องลากกระเป๋าไกลเล็กน้อย แต่ไม่เป็นอุปสรรค

삿포로 가면 다시 방문할 의향 있는 숙소 + 어머니랑 같이 다녀왔는데, 제가 가본 숙소 중에 가장 좋았습니다. 삿포로 역이랑도 그렇게 멀지 않아 걸어서 갈 수 있구요. 대욕장도 이용할 수 있어서 여행 끝나고 피로 풀기 딱 좋았어요. 무엇보다 직원들이 정말 친절해서 그것만으로도 기분이 좋았어요. 다음에도 또 올 의향 있습니다. − 아쉬운 점은 딱히 없습니다.

市中心，離火車站很近。 + 離札幌車站很近，離逛街和觀光的景點，走路其實都可到。也有停車塔可以停車，不過容易客滿。否些房型住客，可以使用lounge，有免費寫點和酒水飲料，非常的窩心，飯店頂樓是浴場。 − 飯店的lobby在2樓，搭電梯當然沒有問題，但是手扶梯只有提供往上服務，往下就得搭電梯。飯店沒有洗衣房。早餐沒有特別令人興奮，可以不用加早餐。
