Uitstekend hotel op uitstekende locatie + Uitstekend hotel op een uitstekende locatie (op loopafstand van het station en ook dichtbij het bekende kruispunt van Tokyo). De kamer was prachtig en brandschoon. De werknemers waren allemaal vriendelijk en correct. Dit was een van de beste hotels tijdens onze reis door Japan. Absolute aanrader! − Ik zou geen verbeteringen kunnen verzinnen. Alles was uitstekend.

Perfect Hotel Option in Ginza + We enjoyed many things about this Hotel such as the Friendly and helpful staff, the Cleanliness and the spacious rooms, the Nice location which is a convenient walking distance to all of Ginza retail locations, the facilities were nice and services offered were great. − The Minor negative things during our stay were a little maintenance work going on for a couple of days in the reception area and the elevator. The styling overall is a little dated.

Disaapointing − The washing machine was also completely unusable. Not only was it not working, but there was stagnant, foul water sitting inside it, which eventually spilled out onto the floor and leaked everywhere. This was extremely unhygienic and added to the already damp, dirty condition of the apartment. For an apartment being advertised to paying guests, the combination of the damp smell, cockroach droppings in the cupboards, and a broken washing machine full of stagnant water was completely unacceptable.
