Aufenthalt trotzdem gut + Nachdem das Problem mit dem Zimmer gelöst war, wir sind auf Flitterwochen und hatten ein Grand Doppelbett bestellt, bei der Ankunft wollte man uns in ein Zimmer mit Einzelbetten unterbringen. Erst nachdem wir mit Abreise gedroht hatten war plötzlich unser reserviertes Zimmer verfügbar. Das hatten wir uns nach einer 18 stündigen Abreise deutlich anders vorgestellt. − Check in mit weniger Problemen, wir standen nicht PLÖTZLICH an der Reservierung/Check in. Das Zimmer war seit Monaten gebucht.

Good Hotel with some things lacking + We booked this hotel because its rating. The room was luxurious and very large. The staff members were excellent. I was very pleased with the hotel itself. My only issue was its location. There were not many restaurants within the walking of the hotel. I would have preferred to find the small restaurants with the local charm. However, the hotel had several restaurant, and many with high price tag. The Garden Restaurant was designated as our breakfast room. The way the setup of the food stations made it seem that there were many options. The reality is that it did not meet the standards that I have found in other hotels in this category. There were no freshly baked breads and rolls. There was no fresh egg station. The eggs were cooked in the kitchen and brought out and placed as a buffet choice. We had the club lounge access, but it was closed during our stay. The rooms, the staff, and the beautiful gardens were the features we did enjoy. We …
