Kötü + Konumu güzeldi − Çalışanların valiz transferi hakkında yanlış yönlendirmesi nedeniyle hem tren biletimizi iptal edip üzerine para ödememiz gerekti hem de koca valizlerle yağmur altında zor bir yolculuk yapmak durumunda kaldık. Odalar havasız olduğu için klima tek şansınız ve tam yatağın üzerinde olduğu için hasta olmamak adına kapatmanız gerekiyor. O zaman da zemindeki halının ağır kokusu odayı kaplıyor.

Thank you so much, and see you soon hopefully + I travel a lot for vacations, but this was honestly the first time I could really enjoy my stay without any problems. The room was clean and nice, and the breakfast was amazing! So much delicious food and lots of options for every taste. I also really liked the water dispenser where you can refill your own bottle. It’s such a simple thing, but very convenient. And they have free coffee in the lobby, which was a nice bonus. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. Everything was great, and I would definitely come back again!

Great location and value + The location was excellent. Handy to the shopping street and multiple metro stations so it was very easy to get around. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had good variety and great value. We had a basic room which i am happy to say had a nice walk in shower − The only issue was the air-conditioning unit. It worked well but the light was very bright and kept us awake. We turned it off in the end so we could sleep.

Nice stay in osaka + Bathroom with a very spacious and comfortable shower , cleanliness and breakfast − The airconditioning was aimed at the bed.

Perfect stay + Everything. We’ve been twice and both times it was really good. This time we decided to book the breakfast and it’s also excellent. The location is great, the people who work there are very nice and helpful. The room is quite spacious for a Japanese hotel. We will probably always come to this hotel :)
