Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. + Große komfortable Zimmer. Schöne Lage im Park. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. − Der Park liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, ensprechend halten sich hier auch manche Leute auf, die wenig vertrauenerweckend erscheinen.

Affordable luxury with amazing service and facilities. + Whoever checked me in (young woman) is a service star!!! Excellent restaurant. For what you pay, this hotel is a steal! Very very good value. I would stay a week just staying in the hotel and on magnificent grounds.

+ Die Lage ist sehr besonders, da der Blick in den Bürgerpark sofort die Möglichkeit der Entspannung bietet. Auch am Frühstück gibt es absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Sehr freundliches Personal. − Es wäre zu überlegen, ob es für Gäste, die Besucher des Musikfestes sind, nicht doch noch die Möglichkeit gibt, nach dem Konzert eine Kleinigkeit zu sich nehmen zu können. Außerdem fände ich eine kleine Willkommensgeste für Erstbucher aufmerksam.

+ Excellent staff, everybody spoke English, gave good recommendation for restaurants. Location and hotel simply beautiful, you feel like you are in a fairytale. 10 min away from Central Station, so it's very convenient. − Carpets are too old, must be removed
