Perfect hotel for a visit to Chicago. + Very clean, fantastic sized room, super comfy beds, great amenities.

Not worth the amount of money they are charging. Eurostar is best option + the location − Rooms are old and outdated. My dresser handle was broke, showers set up like a motel instead of a luxury 5 star hotel. Literally everything about inside my room felt like a look quality motel room not $300-500 a night HOTEL

Hermoso hotel, bien ubicado, habitación muy cómoda y silencioso + El hotel es muy lindo, bien ubicado y súper amplia la habitación triple que nos tocó, y con una vista inmejorable, volvería mil veces, las camas súper cómodas y un detalle no menor, muy silencioso, por lo general los pasillos de los hoteles son ruidosos, sobre todo por la mañana, cuando empiezan con el servicio de limpieza, pero acá había mucho silencio para poder descansar bien − Todo bien, por decir algo la ducha no tenía mucha potencia, pero un detalle apenas

Not worth what I paid. + We like the location and the bed! − Our room was not cleaned during our stay despite us requesting it. There was also some damage to the walls and furniture that made the hotel room look dingy.

Won’t stay here again − I’m ADA and the staff questioned the fact if I needed an ADA room at check in. To top it off the bed was broke too.

− I was charged for 3 days valet service although I only had a 2 days stay. When I comforted staff they were extremely rude.
