The stay in your facilities was good after Ms. Movenda, was able to allow me to book one more room for my daughter comin + The property was clean and professional and had a great atmosphere and appearance. The staff representative at the front desk, especially Ms. Movenda was excellent. I believe I have her name misspelled, my apologies. Mr. Geo wasn’t helpful at all, Ms Movenda will be the reason I’ll come back in the future. − I thought the rooms were somewhat small. I expected a larger room for the price I was paying for two days for three rooms.

+ La ubicacion y las vistas desde la habitacion. − El ruido que hacia el Aire Acondicionado y la espera para subir y bajar con el ascensor.

Repetiría aunque hay pequeñas cosas a mejorar. + La ubicación excelente, muy cerca de Times Square, metro, etc. A destacar también muy bien el desayuno buffet, bastante completo para la categoría. − Solo limpian las habitaciones en días alternos. También a mejorar la espera en los ascensores, si estás en un piso alto en las horas punta te desesperas.

Vacanza a NYC in famiglia + La disponibilità del personale al servizio della colazione e la posizione dell'hotel. − Le pulizie della camera non erano quotidiane. Il personale della reception non è stato particolarmente disponibile ad aiutarci ad asempio per chiamare un taxi. Colazione quasi sempre uguale e con una scelta limitata. La vista città della camera pagata come extra non era un granché.

Las habitaciones espaciosas y prácticas tenían una mini cocina con heladera, utensilios de cocina − Muy mala disposición del personal de recepción, si no entendías lo q te decían no hacían ni el más mínimo esfuerzo x ayudarte. Un desastre la verdad . El aérea del desayuno un caos y no tenían AA, hacía morías de calor. Los ascensores en hora pico podías llegar a esperar más de 30 min. La limpieza de la habitación en 7 noches q estuvimos solo la hicieron 2 veces, si había cambio de toallas diario, pero nada más

+ Mi experiencia en el Hotel Element fue excelente. Desde el primer momento me sentí muy bien atendida y cómoda. Las instalaciones son agradables, limpias y acogedoras, y el servicio del personal hizo que mi estadía fuera aún más especial. En especial por el gerente ED fue que nos sorprendió con un bizcocho. Me voy con una gran satisfacción y mucha gratitud por todas las atenciones recibidas. Sin duda, fue una excelente elección para mi viaje y sería un hotel que recomendaría y al que regresaría con mucho gusto. ¡Gracias por hacer de mi estadía una experiencia tan agradable! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ − No hubo nada q no me gustara todo estuvo espectacular.
