Great stay + Stayed here for college move-in … will return for the hospitality and great bar! So much fun talking to other parents and Matt, our bartender, was the best! He took good care of us, our new friends, and had great restaurant recommendations.

+ Location, − I traveled with my family, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with our stay at the Cambria Hotel. For $906 for three nights, I expected a much higher level of comfort and service. The front desk staff member was very unpleasant and unwelcoming. The room itself was dated and clearly in need of renovation. Everything looked old and worn. What disappointed me most was the housekeeping. Our room was not cleaned even once during our entire three-night stay. We never put a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. When I asked about housekeeping, I was told that cleaning was provided upon request. I requested it and later asked again at the front desk. I was specifically told that our room would be cleaned by 6:00 PM. We even stayed out and intentionally returned after 7:00 PM to give them enough time, but the room had still not been cleaned. When I asked why the promised cleaning had not been done, I was simply told, “We can’t help you with that.” Then I was asked whethe…

+ The pool was very nice. − Our pull out couch was dirty, and our AC was broken. However, they moved us the next night and comped our breakfast so that was very kind.

Our son goes to Carnegie Mellon and we will stay here every time we come to visit him from here on out + The bar and the bartender Lisa. We also loved the impromptu bartender Mike − Trying to get out of the parking lot was kind of irritating

I saw a lot of poor reviews right before I came to stay and I was pleasantly surprised and had no complaints. Lots of hi + Big room, two tvs, hot tub, pool, 24 hours workout and room. Good location. − Nothing really bad to note

Good value kind stuff would be better if they would change some things + Rooms are spacious bathroom too. the social facilities are really good to socialize with other guests. It is located close to the city center yet on a very calm street. The breakfast was good a few options but delicious and well-made. − I guess the bats are very old so not so comfortable. Had a cleaning problem the first day which was sold, and apparently they are cleaning every other day which I didn’t like
