Viva Los Angeles! + Posizione hotel, professionalità e cortesia del personale − Nella prenotazione avevamo richiesto 3° letto nella stanza per nostro figlio, ma non abbiamo ricevuto risposta. All'arrivo abbiamo purtroppo costatato che la camere era per 2 persone. Ci è stato aggiunto letto supplementare a pagamento in camera, rendendo il soggiorno piuttosto scomodo. In occassione del check-out, senza che lo chiedessimo, ci è stato scontato il prezzo del 3° letto. Di questo ringraziamo!

Clean and comfortable for a solo traveler in LA + I thought the room was perfect for a solo traveler and the staff was all super helpful and it was super easy to transport to and from the hotel! − The lighting in the room was a little dim.

Great staff and location. + Staff were all very nice. The room was also very nice and clean. The location was great for me - not overly lively and not a bunch of foot traffic at the hotel entrances. − at times it felt like the AC wasn’t being used. at some times, at certain areas of the hotel, it was very warm!Also, I had an ironing board but no iron. I’d expect a bit more QC from a hotel like the Westin.

Good location, large rooms + Large room, great location. Many shops located within the hotel and valet carpark was easy to use. Very large and nice gym and outdoor pool area. Comfortable beds and pillows. − A/C unit was a bit loud when it turned on as it was in the wall above one of the beds

Interesting Stay in Downtown Los Angeles + We had a nice stay in an architecturally interesting hotel. The food options were very good. A nice breakfast was provided.

Other than plumbing issues that could not fix with just plumber, it was an awesome 7 day stay. + Manager on duty the afternoon of 8/20-23 (Male young man hispanic gosh I wish I got his name) is amazing and so on point. Very customer service oriented and knows how to make things right!!!! Give him a raise please... LOVE EVERYONE IN VALET PARKING. WESTIN BONAVENTURE HAS BEST PARKING IN AMERICA! VERY professional, friendly and helpful crew in valet parking! give them all a raise! − Our room 2861 blue elevator had plumbing issues... Smelled like pipes the whole visit and toilet did not have good flushing.

コスパ最高！ + 立地が最高。 買い物に行くにも、ターゲットが近いし、ドジャーススタジアムにも車で5分くらい。便利。 − やはり、建物が古いことかな。 あと、到着してスタッフに言わなければ、スーツケースを部屋まで持っていってくれない。基本、自分で運ぶみたいです。
