greatttttt + Amazing atmosphere! Beautiful room & clean. Food was great one of the best restaurants I’ve been too Gabriel was our server, he was awesome we had breakfast and dinner here & cant say enough good things!! Valet & bellmen were great , Moises & Jesus were helpful when we came in. Angel helped us w all of our luggage when we left the whole valet team was great when we left (Mike, angel,james, and carlos)The roof top bar had a great view. Definitely would love to stay here again one of the best hotel experiences.

Never again. + Nice old architecture. − There isn’t any sound screening for outside. You can hear everything! Even in a suite on the 14th floor. Couldn’t sleep all night. Worst sleep/non sleep I ever had in an expensive suite.

Our visit was outstanding. + The hotel is a gorgeous historic property that was updated with modern amenities yet retains it's 1930's era architecture. Our room was both spacious and luxurious with everything we needed. The tequila bar was amazing. We enjoyed our visit. The customer service was outstanding. When we arrived Victor was waiting to guide us to an oversized vehicle parking spot. Javier at check in was so helpful and told us about the onsite restaurant and other amenities. Moises showed us to our room and got our luggage there quickly. Check out was easy and fast. Two of the valet parking staff assisted us in exiting the oversized vehicle parking area which was a huge help as driving an oversized vehicle downtown in any city is not easy. Thanks to them it was much easier. This was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable hotel stops we've ever had, and we travel frequently. Kudos to a well run establishment. − I didn't want to leave.

Un hôtel luxueux mais peu fonctionnel + Un hôtel luxueux dont la réputation est connue. − Contrairement à ce qui était annoncé, il n'y avait pas dans la chambre de coin repas. Le réfrigérateur n'était pas non plus utilisable car déjà entièrement rempli.

Good stay but hated moving rooms at night half asleep they should have given us a good room + The atmosphere − The A/C wasn’t working in the room and needed to move rooms at midnight due to it being too hot and had maintenance check it out.

Der Hauptgrund nochmal nach El Paso zu reisen! + Ich bereue es, dass wir auf der Durchreise nur für eine Nacht geblieben sind. Die Qualität des Hotels und der Bar bzw. des Restaurants sowie die Professionalität des Personals sind beinahe zur Rarität geworden. Ich würde gerne Hervorhebungen machen, aber sowohl das Essen und die Drinks im La Perla (UND DIE AUSSICHT ERST!!), das großzügig geschnittene, mit allem und mehr ausgestattete und - was paradox erscheint - gemütliche Fitnesscenter, die Pflegeprodukte auf dem Zimmer als auch das Lounge-/Frühtsücksrestaurant sind einfach perfekt gewesen. Von der Gastfreundlichkeit und Professionalität der Menschen des La Plaza war ich schwer beeindruckt. Ich bin sehr dankbar, dass es noch Hotels zu diesem Preis auf diesem Niveau gibt!

+ The room was very nice. They upgraded us to a suite, however it was not completely cleaned up. We were confused by the leftovers and wasn’t sure if the previous guest has checked out. − We extended to stay one more night, and the front desk girl told us there were breakfast included. But when we checked out, the other girl insisted our room didn’t come with breakfasts. We ended up having very expensive meals at the downstairs restaurant.

Well worth every penny, I will 100% be staying here again! + I loved how kind the staff were to both me and my dog during our stay! Everyone was very sweet and very accommodating there was even a bowl and dog bed waiting for us in the room when we checked in! − The only thing that was kind of annoying (but is also completely out of their control so doesn't really count) was that there was construction right across from the hotel on Oregon street but they never made any noise during quiet hours so it didn't really impact my stay. But that's how wonderful the hotel is, that's the only thing I can really comment on and it's not even their fault!

It was amazing! 10/10 on staff, all staff from valet, to front desk, and threwout the hotel (including house keepers + I loved all the help the staff was able to provide us, i have never stayed at a hotel with valet and or having someone help me with my bags up to the room and i thought that was such a wonderful experience that it will definitely bring us coming back in the future! − The location was very nice, but i seemed like it was quick busy in the area and had to find spots to turn around due to some roads being closed
