My stay at the Hyatt was great. Besides the bugs in the bathroom but the hotel staff quickly assigned us to a new hotel + The location and the night life inside the hotel. − Our room had bugs in the bathtub.

It was good until I was double charged + I was fortunate to have a great view of the lake, my room was perfect − The property itself was fine. The system of having to “pay double” for my room was a huge let down. I thought me booking a room a month prior would save me money. Sadly I was charged extra without the deposit money included which I honestly don’t think I’ll ever see. I’m sure you all would agree upon yourselves that it’s a “I’m broke problem” but not being able to know that sort of ruined my trip. But amazing property. I think it’s best if I just venture other hotels with more transparency.
