Only stayed one night and checked out early due to the horrible conditions of our room + Staff was nice and welcoming − Mold growing on the AC vent, beds were very uncomfortable, and the vehicle noise kept us up.

Nice boutique hotel experience + Nightly reception, on site restaurants and staff. − For a 3 night stay, we had NO view whatsoever.

Felt like going back in history in this unique hotel + Location on the riverfront was excellent. In the middle of the action. Across the street from trolly tour pick up. Historic building converted into a hotel. The decor was excellent. Staff was super friendly and helpful when we had a question or issue. − It was a bit noisy at times. We think it was the a/c but there were clunks and odd sounds quite regularly. In a way it added a bit of character to the very old building but could be bothersome for the lightest of sleepers.

A fun new experience. Would do again + Conveniently located in a hub of activities, stores and restaurants. − There is an old musky smell. May benefit from shampooing carpets more frequently or removing them.

+ The place location was great; we were able to walk to restaurants and view the lake view. − The bed was very hard for me!!!! Upon arriving the television wasn’t working ;We had to move to another room ;however, second room was too bright because the curtains were too thin. The staff member name Erica really came to the rescue getting my husband and I in a nicer room . I greatly appreciate her and the other staff; for being friendly , professional and going beyond their means for us.
