It was okay + The room was lovely, location was spot on especially for rail station and shopping centre. Valet parking staff very accommodating and professional − Staff were rude - at Pool, sugar bar and reception It’s not a kid friendly hotel Room not sound proofed so you could hear rooms next door aswell as very loud street noise - especially cars drag racing next to the hotel, it kept us up on both nights

+ We stayed in a suite in East and we loved it, it was clean and well stocked and a very good size. The staff were friendly and professional and the onsite pool and restaurant were also great, would recommend! − The breakfast offering wasn't great from the hotel and the location wasn't the most ideal as you basically needed a car or cab to get to Miami Beach but apart from those small things, we really enjoyed our stay.
