+ Chambres très confortables, endroit agréable, un peu loin mais calme et très correct. − Le petit déjeuner bof dans une salle froide, et le personnel très indifférent.

+ Hotel in rustige buurt, kwartiertje lopen naar de ferry en met een bushalte om de hoek. De kamers zijn schoon en prima. Elke dag schoon water en vriendelijk personeel. − Het ontbijt stelt niet veel voor, je kan koffie en thee pakken en verder krijg je een papieren tas met een bagel of sandwich, wat vers fruit en yoghurt.

Geht so + Das Bett war bequem. Das Hotel liegt verhältnismäßig nahe am Cruise Terminal (ca. 15 Min zu Fuß), was ein Vorteil ist, wenn man z.B. mit der Queen Mary 2 ankommt oder abfährt. − Alles andere ist aber recht weit weg, man muss den Bus (ca. 5 Min. zur Haltestelle) oder die U-Bahn (ca. 17 Min. zur Station) nehmen. Bis DUMBO sind es ca. 40 Min. zu Fuß. Nach Manhattan ca. 1 Std. mit Bus & U-Bahn. Die Zimmer sind ok, die Sauberkeit ist aber nur oberflächlich. Es gibt keinen Schrank, nur eine Art Garderobe. Auch Haken sind nicht vorhanden, obwohl freie Wände vorhanden sind. Das Personal haben wir (mit Ausnahmen) als nicht besonders freundlich und motiviert erlebt. Das Frühstück besteht aus einer Tüte mit einem Bagel mit Frischkäse oder einem Schinken-Käse-Sandwich (beides recht pappig), Jogurt, Fruchtsalat, etwas Müsli und Mini-Schoko-Croissant. Zu trinken gibt es Kaffee, Tee und Wasser. Alles in einem kalten, ungemütlichen Kellerraum.

+ La struttura è molto pulita e accogliente. Si trova in un quartiere tranquillo e sicuro. − La posizione è molto scomoda, si trova a circa 20 minuti a piedi dalla linea F della metropolitana. La colazione è abbastanza limitata, viene servito un sacchetto con toast o bagel e della frutta, oltre a uno yogurt che però va richiesto. Il problema più grosso riscontrato è la rumorosità dei locali. Siamo consapevoli che non è colpa dell’hotel se gli ospiti sono rumorosi, ma la stanza non era particolarmente insonorizzata e, inoltre, la porta lasciava circa un centimetro di spiraglio dalla struttura. Filtravano quindi luce e qualunque rumore.

Apart maar zeker oke + Als je niet in druk manhatten wil zitten en een beetje betaalbaar dan is dit een mooie optie. Stukje lopen naar de veerpont is te doen. − Snachts vanaf de metro lopen is niet aan te bevelen maar dan kan je een uber nemen voor ongeveer 10 dollar

Ok + Proximity to cruise port − Our room was in the lowest level which had a bad smell when we checked in. It was better the next day

Location a Plus + Outside and lobby were nicer and the check-in went better than I expected. I could not get auto check-in to work on the app. Location was close to pier and a decent deli around the corner. − The breakfast was served in a box, and it was awful. Coffee was not good. No juice. Fruit would have been okay 2 or 3 days ago. Pastry was sad. Sandwich was not bad, but I would not have chosen it given an option. Yogurt was fine, but husband usually doesn't eat breakfast. This would have been much better if served in bowls and platters giving the option to select what you want. Poor attendant looked like she was facing a firing squad. Some people were not happy, and she had no way to make it better. Had water running out of the refrigerator, which we reported, but they did not come check on it. Floors were a nice enough but did not feel clean.
