+ We weren't satisfied at all. We were 8 days in this hotel without room been cleaned , towels were not changed. There is no service at all. − condition and maintenance of the room were below the standard we expected from a hotel of this level. In addition, the service we received was disappointing, with slow (or no) responses and insufficient attention to the problems we reported.
