Probably the best 4* hotel in the city + The best spot in the city. Great location. Close to the Times Square and subway station. Very calm for such central location. − Regular electric kettle in the room would be helpful.

We loved our second stay here from the UK, Bryant Park right on the doorstep! + We have now stayed at this hotel twice now most recently for 8 nights, the rooms are really well equipped, clean and comfortable. The staff are always very friendly, welcoming and helpful including in the restaurant where we enjoyed breakfast as part of our stay which was also good value. The location for us was great as we love Bryant Park which is just next to the hotel, there is also a number of subway stations to use nearby on different lines for easy access around the city, it is also close to Times Square so plenty going on close by but not too close either.

Procuraremos uma outra opção de hotel com cafe da proxima vez em Nova York! + o local é de facil acesso, quarto de bom tamanho, apesar do chuveiro com pousa agua. − O serviço no cafe da manha deixou a desejar no atendimento. Os atendentes estavam mais preocupados em imprimir a nota para o recebimento da gorjeta, do que limpar as mesas, repor os itens faltantes do cafe e organizar o local. Extremamente desorganizados e confusos. Ficamos algumas vezes esperando pra assentar, sendo que o local do cafe estava vazio, mas as mesas estavam sujas e não estavam organizadas para nossa utilização.

Happy customer! + Everyone was so nice. Housekeepers were so attentive. I especially liked Sandra from the 7th floor. The doormen and greeters were so helpful and nice. Loved all the room amenities. The bed was comfortable, the view was great, and it was so quiet at night. The location was so convenient! Will definitely be back!
