Magnifique cadre, hotel suffisant à lui même par ses restaurants à l’intérieur, piscine vue sur mer, spa, espace de jeu. + Propre, confortable et accessible facilement en grab. Restaurant qualitatif avec un large choix, personnel agréable et disponible. Magnifique vue sur mer depuis la piscine. − Insectes présents dans la chambre : De nombreuses fourmis à l’intérieur de la chambre + à la sdb Également retrouvé un cafard en fin de séjour dans la poubelle de la sdb

Parfait + Hôtel incroyable ! 10/10. Personnel au top du top. Nourriture au petit déjeuner très bonne et du choix. L’hôtel a l’une des meilleurs vue de l’île, avec sa piscine à débordement. Il y’a deux piscine et l’hôtel est tellement grand nous avons l’impression d’être seul dans l’hôtel. − Rien. Tout parfait

Make sure to stay with a sea view for sunrise. + The infinity pool was absolutely beautiful. Waking up to the sunrise view was incredible. Staff were friendly. Quiet and peaceful location. We enjoyed the bar and games room. − Although many rooms were being renovated during our stay, our room was very tired and old. It didn’t match the grand elegance of the reception area. Not much else to do around without taking a grab.

Jai était déçu + Le personnel était a l'écoute et réceptif a mes réclamations − Un grand merci au personnel de l'hôtel qui a été super, réactif et très professionnel. Malheureusement, l'expérience dans les chambres a été très décevante au début.Dans la première chambre, la salle de bain était correcte, mais la literie manquait totalement de confort : on aurait dit que le lit tanguait comme si on était sur un bateau.On nous a alors changé de chambre, mais la deuxième était encore pire. Les lits étaient tout aussi inconfortables, le sol était sale et la salle de bain était envahie par des champignons tout autour.Heureusement, le lendemain, l'équipe a réagi en nous surclassant. Cette troisième chambre était enfin à la hauteur, propre et avec une literie convenable . Le personnel a bien géré la situation, mais il est dommage de devoir changer trois fois de chambre pour avoir un service normal.
