Pretty well. This is my 2nd option hotel if I have a chance to visit Kuantan sometime again + The location is very stratergic, near to Teluk Cempedak. − I think during breakfast around 9am i need to wait for 20-30 minutes before i can get my table. The food is a lot of choices, only the waiting time is unacceptable for the price.

As a Hyatt hotel this should have been so much better- but wasn’t. + Location, very well maintained beach, super pleasant and well trained staff despite very high occupancy − The swimming pools were very poorly maintained - no lifeguard, water was murky and adult lap pools had physical rubbish dumped by irresponsible guests.
