+ Atmosphere. Location. Private beach − We experienced the black out in my room, and at that time it was so slow to address that problem. Our room assistant didn’t reply that problem for long time.

UNE PLAGE ET UN PERSONNEL EXCEPTIONNEL + Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au Taaras, un hôtel qui nous a particulièrement séduits par la beauté de sa plage, la qualité de son petit déjeuner et la gentillesse de son personnel. Nous avons notamment eu un véritable coup de cœur pour l’équipe du restaurant du petit déjeuner, qui s’est montrée très accueillante et attentionnée. Nous tenons également à remercier Nadia, à la réception, qui nous a très bien accompagnés tout au long de notre séjour. Elle s’est montrée très efficace et disponible pour répondre à toutes nos demandes, que ce soit en personne ou sur WhatsApp. Le petit déjeuner était excellent, avec une mention spéciale pour le stand de roti canai, que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. La plage de l’hôtel est également magnifique, avec une eau d’un bleu cristallin, ce qui rend le cadre particulièrement agréable. Nous avons toutefois été surpris par certains aspects de l’hôtel. Resort su spiaggia caraibica + Struttura di circa 30 anni, molto bella però un po’ trascurata… la pulizia si può migliorare…cibo buono e scelta dei ristoranti. Per le stanze con vista in alto c’è una navetta che gira continuamente quindi molto comodo. La cosa più bella è il mare caraibico, acqua cristallina e sabbia borotalco!!! − Pochi ombrelloni e quei pochi già pieni la mattina alle 7/7.30…. Persone che bloccavano con le loro cose più ombrelloni presto per poi presentarsi dopo pranzo se non nel pomeriggio dopo escursioni fatte! ASSURDO!!!

+ I didn't just "like" my time at The Taaras—I loved it! First and foremost, the staff provided the best hospitality experience I’ve ever had in my life (and I have traveled plenty). Their genuine care is unmatched. The beach is also fantastic and truly out of this world. Finally, I deeply appreciated the hotel’s commitment to the surrounding nature. Seeing animals like monkeys happily roaming around the property was a huge highlight for me. It’s wonderful to stay somewhere that protects its local wildlife.

+ L emplacements est parfait avec une très très belle plage, − On s attendait à un des prestations de luxe vu le prix payé et nous avons été très déçus de la chambre, correcte certes, mais pas au niveau d un 5 étoiles L hôtel mériterait une modernisation. La nourriture n’était pas non plus au niveau avec un buffet tourné vers les asiatiques essentiellement alors qu il y avait aussi pas mal d européens Il n y avait pas aussi assez de de transat: les gens mettaient leur serviette et ne revenaient pas. Bref pas au niveau… Au total hôtel très très cher avec un très mauvais rapport qualité prix,

+ La baia è meravigliosa, possibilità di fare snorkeling e immersioni indimenticabili tra tartarughe e squaletti, contesto naturalistico pazzesco. − Pulizia e manutenzione molto scarse, arredi datati e poca cura nella gestione degli spazi comuni, ombrelloni e lettini insufficienti per tutti gli ospiti. Rapporto qualità prezzo bassissimo.
