Bof + L'emplacement n'est pas trop mal Le petit déjeuner − La piscine : pas de coin à l'ombre pour s'allonger ou se reposer au bord de la piscine. Nous étions au deuxième étage, juste au-dessus de la salle de conférence. Impossible de se reposer l'après-midi dans la chambre à cause du bruit. Par rapport au tarif des hébergements qu'on peut trouver a Sulawesi, je le trouve cher pour les prestations. La chambre n'était pas faite pendant le séjour. La salle de fitness est vraiment très petite. Les douches communes étaient sales, avec le gel douche et shampoing cassé.

Rooms good, Good position. Service in the dining room for dinner was very lengthy. + Rooms a good size. Bathrooms very small and the door is tricky to open when you are in the bathroom − Bathroom door difficult to open when in the bathroom. The service for dinner was too long we waited for over one hour and 20 minutes for one of our ordered dishes which was Indonesian fried rice. Each dish came out separately which meant each person in our group ate by themselves. Three people ordered fried rice and instead of all three coming gout together they came out separately? Pillows much to big and high, you cannot sleep with them without hurting your neck.

Excellent stay in Gorontalo + Very comfortabel, clean and quiet room with good working AC and hot shower. Also good dinner. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Specially to mention receptionist Ichsan, The hotel was very responsive after we got a smoking room confirmed and re allocated us to a non smoking room.
