We enjoyed our stay and definitely would stay here again. + I liked how friendly the staff were. The breakfast and place was amazing! This is the best place to stay with a family.

Think I would stay else where to much chaos + Breakfast was good! The facilities were amazing for the little ones. Hotel is very chaotic a lot of people in the pools so very hard to find seats − Selfish people not coming to the pools in the morning but putting down towels for afternoon swims

Bali Dynasty just ok. + Hotel grounds were very beautiful and we loved sitting at the little cafe overlooking fish pond. − We had family room. It was very dated and the bathroom flooded when showering. The pool and pool area were small and kid pool area tiny. Breakfast was nice but not as good as it was when we stayed previously.

Ok but could be better + Main pool is fun but crowded. Main splash slide is fun. − Location isn't that close to main Kuta strip and the resort doesn't run a shuttle. Despite booking a Kids Suite they did nothing special for the kids. No kids toiletries like the photos show.

Had the kids not gotten sick it would have been a 10/10 stay. + Great location, staff were amazing, food and pools were great fun for the kids. − Kids club needs to be thoroughly cleaned My 2 year old caught hand foot and mouth disease, and my nephew who was also staying there also caught hand foot and mouth disease.
