+ Amazing staff, so friendly and couldn't do more for you. Have to shout out Lati who gave me the most incredible massage! Food options were plentiful and absolutely delicious. Really great set up for young kids (we had a 2.5yo and 10mo with us). − The journey to the ferry terminal is long and the bus is not that comfortable. Imagine it's fine unless you have restless kids with you!!

Memorable, comfortable and would recommend. + It had everything you needed, the staff were lovely. The activities were endless and the privacy was good. − We paid for a Sea View Villa, it wasn’t quite that as it was just a glimpse through the trees. Some Villa’s had much better views, but not ours.

Awesome holiday + Excellent place. We had taken two pool villas and both of them were fabulous with access to the beach as well. Very quiet and away from the main restaurants and other activity zones in the property. We also had a surprise deco and one of the villas to celebrate my son’s 17th birthday. That came as a pleasant surprise − Dinner at one of the days was a little off. Ordered dishes were not served and we had to remind the staff several times.

Wonderful setting and staff. We are already planning to revisit. − on the firefly river tour, the guide temporarily captured a few of the fireflies in a bottle to show us. while no insects were harmed, I think that it's better to not disturb the fireflies at all.

The Residence + The Residence is an high potential resort but currently too many topics should be improved starting from the cleaness of its beaches (form leqves and plastic).

Relaxant + Lieu magnifique est très bien organisé. Personnel attentionné et très réactif. Accueil de haut niveau. Propreté exemplaire. − La qualité de l’eau de mer et la proximité d’un énorme complexe en développement d’extraction de bauxite à des fin de création d’aluminium (500 m?). Étonnant près d’un resort. Il suffit de regarder les images satellites pour se rendre compte de la proximité. Mais le resort n’y peut rien en soi.

Een waanzinnig mooi resort + het is een paradijs!! een waanzinnig mooi resort met prachtige villa's, geweldige eten en heeeel vriendelijke personeel. Wij verbleven in een garden villa vlakbij het (ontbijt) restaurant, poolbar en het zwembad. De villa was prachtig, super schoon en heel groot met een zit kamer, en een slapkamer met een geweldig badkamer. De personeel was super aardig, altijd klaar om te helpen. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en je kunt van alles vinden - lokale gerechten, maar ook continentale gerechten. Het specialty restaurant is geweldig is een MUST, Verrukkelijk eten!!! Het zwembad is een infinity pool, niet groot met genoeg bedden. Prachtige zee en strand!! − Het hotel ligt heel ver (ongeveer 1.5 uur ) van de Ferry Terminal en buiten het resort is er niets te doen behalve de georganiseerde door het hotel tours. Wij zijn op een snorkel trip geweest en het was suuuper leuk maar verder hebben weinig van het eiland gezien.

Phantastisch + Superschöne, gepflegte Anlage, direkt an einem traumhaften Strand gelegen. Diverse Aktivitäten sind verfügbar (SUP, Kajaks, Bananenboot, Jetskis, Ausflüge), so dass es auch unseren Teenies nicht langweilig wurde. Die Unterkünfte sind modern und geräumig, das Personal extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt mehrere Restaurants, alle sehr gut, besonders erwähnenswert ist das unglaublich umfangreiche, täglich variierende und wirklich superleckere Frühstücksbuffet. Auch der Transfer von der Fähre (wir kamen von Singapur) zum Hotel und zurück war sehr gut organisiert, wir mussten uns um nichts Gedanken machen.
