+ We loved the hotel ambience and the surrounding area. The housekeeping, Engineering and Reception staff were very accommodating and helpful. They are very hardworking keeping the Hotel afloat. − The room was disappointing. We had worms coming from the shower. The engineering staff tried to fix it however since the property is old it needs to be refurbished. As I said staff were very helpful. They changed the room and then there was constant water leakage from the washbasin Tap in the washroom which would accumulate in the surrounding area and come out of washroom. We were tired of raising concern because without refurbishing the rooms these issues will persist.

− Wir waren leider sehr enttäuscht von diesem Hotel. Auf den ersten Blick wirkt die Anlage schön und der Pool bietet eine tolle Aussicht. Man merkt jedoch schnell, dass das Hotel sehr heruntergekommen ist und dringend renoviert werden müsste. Bereits bei unserer Ankunft fiel auf, dass sich im Flur vor unserem Zimmer großflächiger Schimmel an der Decke befand. Zudem waren dort mehrere Löcher, aus denen Wasser austrat. Das machte keinen hygienischen und sicheren Eindruck. Auch das Frühstück war eine große Enttäuschung. Die Auswahl war äußerst gering und für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel absolut unzureichend. Im Restaurant selbst gab es ebenfalls erhebliche Mängel: Über dem Bereich, an dem Speisen wie Eier frisch zubereitet wurden, befanden sich Löcher in der Decke, aus denen Wasser tropfte. Teilweise tropfte dieses sogar auf die Teller der Gäste – ein hygienischer Zustand, der völlig inakzeptabel ist. + Zeer fijne accommodatie, zeer vriendelijke medewerkers, ontbijt was goed en voor ieder wat wils. − In het eet en drinkgedeelte zou het gezellig zijn om een loungehoek of zithoek te creëeren. Ik denk dat we dan wat vaker een drankje zouden drinken. Het is er wel maar de stoeltjes die er nu zijn minder comfortabel. Maar dit is echt een klein puntje hoor. Het is echt een meer dan prima hotel.
