Comfy beds, nice staff, hidden deposit fees, not at all worth the money. + Staff were friendly, breakfast was “cheap”, beds were comfy − Having to pay a deposit on top of what was already paid. We had to share a joined room separated by two locked doors, which meant we could hear everything the people next door were doing and saying. The location is unconnected, you need to use a grab or taxi service to get anywhere near Bangkok, you have the skytrain as a 20min walk. For the money you spend the hotel is not worth it.

+ A large and cosy room. Clean. Very comfortable bed, slept like a baby. Good breakfast with lots of variety. − Terrible terrible access to the hotel. Location by the main road with no sidewalks. Very dangerous to walk due to heavy traffic. Nothing around in the area, no place to walk, no street food. At least hotel offers free shuttle to the nearest mrt station.

+ Excellent hotel avec de belles chambres. Nous avions des chambres communiquante avec mes 3 enfants et largement la place. L'emplacement est idéal pour lancer des visites et ses soirées malgré un accès compliqué. Le personnel, avec notamment Yod à l'accueil, est au petit soin. Des navettes sont proposés. Une piscine de folie ! − L'accès à l'hôtel est compliqué sans les navettes proposées. Sinon c'est très bien

I kindly suggest providing quality bottled drinking water instead of refilled bottles. + The hotel is good, with a great location near commercial areas and the metro, making transportation easy. The free shuttle service is excellent and truly appreciated. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay. − My stay was generally good, but the reception experience on the first day was unpleasant. Despite requesting a quiet room in advance for my anniversary trip, I was given a room near the elevator, which was noisy. The next day, a helpful staff member changed the room and offered better options. The bathroom looks nice, but the upper part is open by about 15 cm, causing some odors to escape. Overall, a good stay with a few areas for improvement.

انصح بالسكن فيه لمن يحب الهدوء + كل شيئ رائع فندق يرتقي الى خمس نجوم السعر مقابل الخدمة ممتاز معاملة الموظفين النظافه الموقع بعيد عن الازعاج وشارع العرب وهذا ما نفضل السكن بمكان هادئ يبعد عن سيام تقريبا 25 دقيقه − لا شيئ

Très bel hôtel avec une situation stratégique + L’emplacement à proximité du train à 1 station du Platinium et à 5 stations de l’aéroport. La navette pour vous y emmener et son chauffeur vraiment adorable Tao je crois. La propreté. La piscine sur un bel espace avec une vue sur Bangkok. Le très bon restaurant. − Les commerces ne sont pas « au pied de l’hôtel » c’est à quelques minutes mais sans trottoir et beaucoup de circulation à éviter…..
