Terrible Servies + I am extremely disappointed with how this hotel handled my situation. Due to the war, I was unable to travel and physically reach the destination. I explained the situation clearly and even provided the necessary information, but the hotel still refused to issue any refund or show any flexibility. In difficult circumstances like this, most hotels and tour operators I contacted were understanding and offered support or reasonable solutions. Unfortunately, this hotel chose not to do so. Instead, they insisted on keeping the payment despite the fact that the situation was completely beyond my control. This experience felt very unfair and lacking in basic empathy toward guests who are affected by serious global events. I strongly recommend that travelers think carefully before booking here. It is disappointing to deal with a hotel that appears more interested in keeping customers’ money than in supporting them during extraordinary circumstances

Perfect hotel and staff + Jo was extremely helpful and very friendly a credit to the hotel. Made us feel very welcome from the second we arrived. Got us checked in early (9am instead of 2pm!!) and upgraded our room free of charge! Will definitely be back.

Great place + Amazing staff, great amenities, great food options for breakfast! Nice location, def recommend this place of your coming to Phuket and want to be near Patong beach, like a 10-15 min walk or take a tuk tuk!
