מלון נפלא, מומלץ בצורה חד משמעית, מקום לחזור אליו שוב ושוב + מלון עם תודעת שירות בין הגבוהות שפגשתי. צוות מיומן שיודע לעומק את אומנות הארוח. מלון נקי בצורה יוצאת מן הכלל, חדר נח , נקי להפליא, מצעים מפנקים , שירות חדרים פעמיים ביום ותמיד בחיוך גדול ובנעימות אין קץ. המנקה המקסימה משאירה כל בוקר פתק עם תוספות של דברים שהיא רואה שאתה אוהב ומשאירה לך אקסטרא מהם. מחמם את הלב . לאונג׳ עם ארוחות מפנקות וטעימות, צוות הלאונג מבין את רצונות הלקוח לעומק ודואג לכל דרישה ומעבר. החיבור לקניון סיאם פרגון הוא ישירות מהמלון, אפילו המעלית לשם ממוזגת. המלון הזה הוא בית ספר למלונאות בעולם. חוויה יוצאת מן הכלל של אירוח

מלון במיקום מעולה, שירות מצוין וברמה גבוהה מאוד שמצדיק את המחיר ואת הדירוג שלו. + שירות מעולה, מיקום נפלא, סמוך לקניון פרגון, בלב בנגקוק, ניקיון ואסתטיקה, מעוצב היטב, ארוחת בוקר מצוינת ועשירה, החדרים יפים ומרווחים, מלון ברמה גבוהה מאוד שמצדיק את המחיר ואת הדירוג שלו. − הזמנו חדר עם גישה לבריכה, החדר יפה מאוד אך פחות מתאים לזוגות, שכן אין זו בריכה לכל חדר, אלא מעין לגונה בין החדרים, והשחיינים יכולים להגיע ממש עד קצה החדר ולהתבונן פנימה. נראה שהמשפחות עם הילדים שמסביבנו נהנו, אנחנו פחות. פנינו לצוות המקסים שהחליפו לנו לחדר מעולה אחר, אמנם ללא גישה ישירה לבריכה אך עם פרטיות רבה.

An exceptional stay at one of the best hotels in Bangkok. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again! + The hotel was exceptional in every way. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. The service was excellent, the rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the location was perfect. It is definitely one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Bangkok. − Nothing. Everything was excellent and exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our stay.
