Great place + There was an issue with our room being mixed up on the first night but it was rectified within 24hours.. staff were very helpful and friendly with loads of activities and food available on the premises!! Wifi was terrible tho. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay!! Hotels.com also we’re super helpful with rectifying the room mix up!!

+ The rooms are extremely old and never been renovated. They smell very bad. The bed's springs are out. Pillows and bed mattress are hard.

Friendly staff makes up for all the hotel flaws + Staff were friendly which made our stay good but the hotel is a bit rundown. Duvets should be replaced with new one because it is already in pieces. It disgust me when i saw it.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff + A comfortable hotel despite the presence of maintenance in some of the hotel facilities and its location in a very quiet place, but I do not advise travelers who will rely on taxis because the hotel location is located at the entrance to the city, there will be transportation costs, but in general the hotel is very good and has facilities and a very beautiful garden.

Good Hotel. + Hotel was good. Lot of construction going on but I knew about that at time of booking. Gym and Pool worth the cost alone.

Great stay with few areas of improvement + The hotel is very nice and clean, I really loved the welcome biscuits given at the reception and at the room. I loved the cinema theater that they offer on site and the elegant, quiet and calm atmosphere. There were 2 not-so-good things about my stay on Armed forces hotel though: the pool does not belong to the hotel itself but to a sort of club, therefore, there is 0% privacy if you want to use the pool as there are swimming classes all day. The pool was packed and I was not comfortable having so many people around during pandemic time. The second not so good thing was that they made us wait for almost 30 min at the reception before we could get our room. The customer service team however was very nice and helpful though. Other than these two downfalls, I enjoy my stay.

+ Outstanding breakfast. For me a running track (or marked route) around the outer edges would be ideal Didn't eat there in evening and places to eat are not obvious. I know they are there and where, but there weren't noticeable. Would have been nice if the pool bar stayed open longer and served food. Was attending ADIPEC and that was convenient. Was beautifully quiet.

+ The hotel had many amazing facilities, the classic room was great. The pool, the beach and the breakfast was amazing, one of the best breakfasts I've had. However, my room wasnt cleaned properly at all when i checked in and not even the next day. The cleaning was poor.

Serene and peaceful + The hotel is beautiful with stunning surroundings and overall I had a great experience. Staff were friendly and service was good. However, breakfast could be improved — there was no information on how to order items like eggs, or what drinks/coffee options were available, and staff didn’t ask if I had requests. It was also disappointing that no dining discount was offered for guests, and this wasn’t mentioned at check-in. I also had to wait about 30–45 minutes for my room to be ready on arrival. Despite these points, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel for its atmosphere and setting.
