+ نظافة الممر ورايحته الطيبة − لم يكن هناك أي مناشف في الغرفة وليس هناك مناديل أيضآ، وموظفات الإستقبال الفلبينيات جدآ بطيئات في التسجيل ويتحدثوا عن النزيل بلغتهم ويضحكون أسلوب ابدأ مش برفيشنال، وعندما إتصلت بهم من الغرفة لكي يحضرون المناشف قالوا ليس هناك مناشف وجميعها في المغسلة، ومقعد الحمام من تحت فيه تسريب، وغير ذلك لم أطلب غرفة فيها بار مع ذلك وضعوني فيها وكان هناك بسكويت وشيبش في الغرفة وعندما تناولتها اخبروني في الإستقبال بأنني يجب أن أدفع حقها والمبلغ كان 50 درهم!!! خلاصة القول بأني الفندق جميل وفي موقع وسط والنظافة في الممرات فقط وليست في الغرف وموظفين الإستقبال بحاجة إلى مزيد من التدريب

very bad I need to check out myself 5am + its cozy − the ac is very noisy, I ask the reception to send the maintenance and they did but he didnt fix it and its hot and niosy, and most specially the maintenance remove my bag from the chair without my permission and while wearing shoes he go on the top of the chair
