Awesome Service + The location is perfect with great restaurants nearby. The room was bigger than expected, and the bed was incredibly soft and comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious. What really stood out to me was the staff. They were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. When it was time to leave, they even assisted me with my luggage and made sure I got safely into my ride. As a solo female traveler, I truly appreciated their thoughtful service. − None

Terrific location, great stay. Loved it. + The hotel is very good but what amazed me was the behaviour of the staff. They were really kind and nice people who ensured all our requests were taken care of to the best of their abilities. The breakfast is ala carte where you can order from a predefined menu ; taste was good. Location - this is where the hotel thrives. Too good location at the heart of hanoi ! I will definitely stay at this hotel in future given that the price point it comes in & the services that are provided. − Nothing specific

Great place to stay alone or with family . + Amazing location , great atmosphere around the hotel . The staff it’s super nice and willing to help you with everything. Cars, booking , tours etc Breakfast it’s top notch.

Outdated hotel, clean but in need of an upgrade- not a luxurious experience. + Great location, cleaning every day with fresh towels, and a big window (but no view) − The room is very old and pretty small, no elevator for our room (2 floor), we had a big stain on the wall and we asked to change room, no one returned with an answer.

+ Лотосы на стене очень прекрасные! Персонал очень вежливый, помогли вызвать такси в аэропорт класса люкс! Месторасположение самый центр очень удобно! Интересное замечание на перекрестке много девушек легкого поведения, которые пристают к иностранным мужчинам-занимательное зрелище) − Интересное проектирование окна в номере…его как бы нет, открываешь и там стена сплошная с мусором. Пахнет в номере плесенью. Наблюдали разную живность-насекомых в номере. Не работали розетки в номере!

תמורה מצויינת למחיר + קודם כל האנשים בקבלה היו הכי נחמדים ועוזרים שאפשר לדמיין. המקום נקי. המיקום מצויין. חשוב לשים לב, החדר קטן. הוא ממש אחלה לשינה ומקלחת ומה שצריך, אבל זה לא חדר להיות בו הרבה זמן. בכל מקרה. תמורה מצויינת למחיר.

Soggiorno in old quartier + La struttura è in pieno old quartier super centrale, i servizi spa sono ottimi e le ragazze sono super carine, lo staff anche molto disponibile Aria condizionata e Wi-Fi funzionanti Stanza nella norma come grandezza − Bagno minuscolo, umidità nella stanza Colazione da rivedere Finestra interna con davanti una sorta di muro
