Sehr schöner, entspannter Aufenhslz. Jederzeit gerne wieder + Lage abseits von den Massen. Schöner Strand, tolle Parkanlage, schöner Strand, gutes Frühstück. − Da und dort im Restaurantbereich, vor allem auf der Terrasse könnte es etwas lieblicher gestaltet werden bspw mit Blumenschmuck. Der Lifeguard sollte dazu eingeteilt werden, den Strand immer sauber zu halten!

Schöner Aufenthalt mit Potenzial für fine tuning + Das Hotel bietet einen kostenlosen Shuttle nach Hoi An, was ein riesiger Vorteil ist. Die Organisation funktionierte reibungslos. Das Zimmer ist groß, das Bett noch größer und alles ist sauber. Der Pool und der Strand überzeugen und es gab in der Regel ausreichend Liegen. Das Frühstück bietet viele Optionen, nur für Vegetarier kann es etwas eintönig werden. − Für ein Strandhotel sind die Handtücher an Pool und Strand ausbaufähig; zum Teil bekommt man wirklich so kleine Handtücher, dass die Liege nur zu einem Drittel bedeckt werden kann. Service am Strand ist sehr kompliziert, teilweise wird die Bestellung einfach nicht gebracht (am Pool klappt es problemlos). Leider sprechen viele Mitarbeiter kaum Englisch, sodass die Kommunikation zum Teil schwierig ist. Als wir am Morgen abgereist sind, war das Frühstücksbuffet trotz bereits offizieller Frühstückszeit nur teilweise aufgebaut. Alles kein Drama, aber eben auch nicht fünf Sterne.

Très bel hôtel + Très joli endroit la plage est propre et agréable les navettes pour hoi an sont très pratiques. Les chambres sont magnifiques le petit dej et la nourriture est très bonne − Il n’y a pas assez de transats sur la plage pour pouvoir satisfaire le nombre de personnes

Un paradiso + Il resort è super pulito, ordinato e gestito alla perfezione, tutto ciò che ci sia aspetta da una struttura 5 stelle. Colazione meravigliosa: buffet ricco con diverse preparazione fatte al momento. Personale preparato e molto disponibile. Noi avevamo una delle due ville con piscina privata: un paradiso, sembrata di essere isolati e fuori da contesto resort (che resta comunque molto tranquillo e perfetto sia per coppie che per famiglie). Sicuramente non è l’ideale per gruppi di amici single. Spiaggia privata, pulita e ampia. Assolutamente consigliato. − Distante 25/30 minuti da Hoi An centro ma con la navetta gratuita del resort si va e viene comodamente. Intorno al resort non c’è nulla.

Nice property in nice location with great staff + Staff were fantastic -Spacious room & comfortable bed - Pool was great − We booked a Deluxe Ocean View. We love to relax on our balcony for a few hours, drink some wine, enjoy the view and we book our accomodation with this in mind. The photos on the booking.com website and the accomodation website don’t match. The view of the balcony it is heavily obstructed by overgrown pot plants.

A heavenly place in a heavenly country + Everything is absolutely perfect at this hotel. The beach, the pool, the beautifully maintained gardens, and the delicious breakfast are all wonderful. The Vietnamese buffet on monday evening is highly recommended. The staff are incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. The massages and spa treatments are also excellent and definitely worth trying. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it! − Everything was fine

Idyllic setting with excellent staff + Gorgeous grounds and excellent service, free shuttles negated the distance to town − Lack of full length mirror and breakfast buffet stations layout made it a bit chaotic
