+ Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr viel Ruhe und Liebe zum Detail. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und alle Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich. Ein besonderes Danke geht an Nga (mit Brille) von der Gästebetreuung, die sich jeden Tag rührend um uns gekümmert hat, wertvolle Tipps gab oder Ausflüge für uns organisiert hat. Vielen Dank dafür. . Die ganze Anlage ist wunderschön angelegt, einzig die Poolterasse muss dringend erneuert werden. Die Lage ist nah zum Strand, man ist in 5 min dort... das Frühstücksbuffet ist super, alles was man sich vorstellen kann.. wenn etwas alle ist, wird es umgehend nachgefüllt, auch wenn man erst zum Ende erscheint...die kleinen Villen sind sehr geräumig und auch sehr ruhig Richtung Fluss gelegen. − Nichts

Très bel établissement de grande capacité + L'hôtel est magnifiquement décoré. Cadre chic. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Petit déjeuner très varié et très copieux. Belle piscine − C'est un grand établissement et parfois cela peut être inconfortable au petit déjeuner ou à la piscine car beaucoup de monde et de bruit. Ce n' est pas un hôtel intimiste.

Average stay at a tired hotel that did not live up to the great reviews and needs some urgent repairs + Sen (Customer Service Manager) was amazing, an absolute asset to the hotel and without her desire to solve problems, her friendliness and great attitude we would have checked out. The sea salt ozone pool is lovely, and kids could spend hours in it as there were some shady spots under the pool cabanas, however there are issues that require urgent resolution. The massage at the spa was the best I have had in a long time, a delightful experience - highly recommend! Breakfast was pretty good with a nice array of options, but when we were there the aircon was broken so it was super hot! Nice touch to put easel with pencils and paper for the kids − The pool is in desperate need of repairs - 3 of 4 children cut their feet quite badly while swimming (either from something in the pool, the numerous chipped/broken pool tiles or the degraded matting on the deck) and staff accidentally …

Amazing place for a great vacation in Hoi An + The property is super nice, very well maintained, lots of greeneries, the pool was amazing, the staff is just so great and they do everything to help you, to answer your questions and provide information. They helped us plan our visit to My Son. The free shuttle is great to get to and from Hoi An old town. The best beach to go to is An Bang and it is a short Grab away from the hotel. You can even get bikes for free to go bike around. − Nothing, I would go back and spend more time

Loved it!! Want to come back + Wonderful place, super comfortable, beautiful staff that checked in with us each morning to see how we were. Very helpful as well. Beautiful hotel facilities, breakfast was absolutely fantastic as well. − Honestly nothing to dislike- it's not in the middle of Hoi An which may be inconvenient for some but my husband and I were easily able to get grabs in and out of the main areas ☺️

Nowhere near five star + The location is nice - on the river, near the beach and not too far from town. The staff tried hard to resolve our issues. The garden bits are nice. − The pool is a disgrace. The flooring around it is all broken and buckling - a big health hazard especially for children, and there were loose electrical wires from one of the lights just floating around too. We said we didn’t think it was safe, and the staff admitted it was due to be closed for renovations but they said they couldn’t offer a refund. They moved us to the presidential suite, which is huge but utterly bizarre (the toilet is a cubicle in the bedroom). The bar was never staffed. The restaurant way overpriced. And just generally the facilities are more like 3 star. It feels way too small for the number of guests. Very disappointing and felt ripped off.

The staff made numerous errors that would be more understandable at a 3-star property, and there was a complete lack of proactive check-ins during the stay. Communication was highly inefficient; messages directed to the service team were marked as read but resulted in severely delayed or non-existent responses. Basic maintenance and housekeeping were also neglected. The pool remained uncleaned and was full of dirt and leaves, while old fruit was left in the room for five days without being cleared. Additionally, the service at the pool bar was disorganized, as they were unable to serve two portions of fries simultaneously despite us being the only guests present. Politesse commerciale, Qualité du diner (offert, certes!) pas très bon, Qualité du petit déjeuner: pas à la hauteur du prix payé et peu varié.
