Outstanding in room standards, somewhat lacking in their restaurant + I won two nights here via a casino promotion. I got a King size bed large room with ocean views, the room was about 40 - 45 sqm, really huge. The views into the pool and the ocean were to die for. The standard was absolutely outstanding. I didn't sample the in-dining room service, because it was over a weekend, and some restaurants in the complex were open 24 hours, but I would like to do so in the future and hopefully will report back. I have nothing to complain here in terms of room standards and quality, at least this room type I was offered, it is beyond amazing. CONS VS. INTERCONTINENTAL NEXT DOOR: The reason I have given it 4 stars, or 4.5 if I could twitch this rating, is because I suffered some issues in the restaurant downstairs (Lemongrass) with the breakfast service. First, I noted that compared to Ginger (in INT), this was really very crowded even at first thing in the morning after 6:30 am, you alread…

From the moment I checked in until I checked out, I felt completely taken care of and pampered. The front desk team—Lisa, Paul, Linh, My, Lily, and Kiem—were just wonderful, greeting me with such genuine warmth and making the whole process an absolute breeze. Breakfast at Lemongrass Restaurant was a daily highlight and left me fully satisfied. The customer service blew me away: I was greeted warmly every morning, my table was constantly kept clean and clear of used plates, and the team always checked in to see if I needed anything else.
