A Perfect Family Vacation at Shilla Monogram Danang. + 다낭 신라 모노그램에서 2박을 보내고 오늘이 마지막 밤입니다. 이번 여행에서는 코너 스위트룸에 머물며 라운지를 자유롭게 이용할 수 있었는데, 시설도 훌륭했지만 무엇보다 오래 기억에 남을 것은 직원분들의 따뜻한 서비스였습니다. 특히 Tien 직원께 진심으로 감사드리고 싶습니다. 항상 밝은 미소와 세심한 배려로 응대해 주셨고, 아이들이 있는 저희 가족을 편안하게 챙겨주셔서 더욱 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 무엇보다 가족사진을 정말 정성스럽게 찍어주신 덕분에 이번 여행에서 가장 소중한 추억을 남길 수 있었습니다. 예쁘게 인화해서 액자까지 만들어 선물해 주셨는데, 예상하지 못했던 감동이었습니다. 여행이 끝난 후에도 오래도록 간직할 수 있는 특별한 선물을 받은 기분이었습니다. 아름다운 호텔과 훌륭한 서비스 덕분에 이번 다낭 여행이 더욱 행복한 추억으로 남았습니다. Ms giao took excellent care of breakfast + Our first family visit to the hotel was quite impressive. The resort was even more beautiful than on the website, with a perfect Korean vibe and a relaxed style. There are different pool areas for all ages. Breakfast at Dining M restaurant was very varied; you can order an extra cappuccino and sit at a table by the window to enjoy the view outside. Ms. Giao took excellent care of breakfast and introduced promotional programs with pictures so the family could have more information about the service and experience it, and even gave us a Facebook voucher. We returned for dinner and ordered seafood dishes. Ms. Huong and Ms. Diep served us very attentively and thoughtfully. I will recommend this place to many people.

Good service + The best resort I've ever been looking for. The restaurant is fantastic with a wide variety of dishes. Thanks to Giao for the excellent service and for recommending the Jjijampong, which was delicious. You should order some refreshing cocktails while relaxing by the pool with light snacks. The rooms offer panoramic sea views of the hotel! Thank you.

👍👍👍 + A relaxing and enjoyable summer trip awaits you at Shilla Resort. The staff are warmly welcoming upon check-in, and the resort offers numerous convenient amenities. I believe you should spend more time at the resort to fully enjoy all its services. The staff will introduce Facebook promotions in the morning at the restaurant, giving you plenty of choices for your meals. Giao Phan is very professional and always provides helpful information to ensure a pleasant stay. Yen and Linh at the restaurant are always cheerful and provide excellent service, even when the resort is quite busy.👍👍👍

Amazing hotel, staff & food! True 5* experience + We cannot fault a thing with this hotel. We stayed for a week with our two children (2 &6) and everything exceeded our expectations. We went half board and the food was consistently excellent and they were very flexible with us. The breakfast was equally as good, anything you can think of they had and it was all to the highest quality and nothing ever ran out. The kids club did a very good job and entertaining our children and they loved that it was so close to the pool so they could go in and out when they wanted. The pool was kept very clean, plenty of shaded areas and the most comfortable beds. All the staff were all a credit to the hotel and there is not one person who did not have a smile on their face or who was not helpful. Da Nang is a 20-25min taxi away but this hotel is so worth staying abit further out for! Thank you for a fabulous holiday, we hope to be back one day!

Incredible + We had an incredible time at Shilla Monogram Da Nang. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional and the hotel is beautiful and well maintained. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We especially would like to thank the lifeguards, pool servers, chefs, musicians, management staff and everyone we encountered as they truly made our stay exceptional with their warm hospitality and kindness. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they went above and beyond and made us feel so special during our whole stay, it felt more like family than resort staff! Resort is lovely we were very happy to have adult only pool. Staff were amazing − We were on a different floor to our children and found it frustrating not being able to have them come to our room or us go to theirs. Would be nice to have a bar under the trees near beach for evening drinks. There was a lack of outdoor eating or drinks unless by pool

For a hotel that claims to be a luxury hotel, I don’t think it was luxurious. I wouldn’t return to this hotel. + The views are beautiful. The beach access was really nice. − The staff were a bit unorganized. There were aspects of uncleanliness in the hotel. Staff at kids club were not so friendly. The food at the hotel was not great.

Excellent Services + The counter staff Mr Lucas Thung Le help us to arranged our two rooms to be at the same level as we did not notice the two rooms we booked initially are not the same. He help us to solve the problem and he even upgrade the other room in order for us to stay close together. The housekeeping staff Quang Huong do cleanup my room very neat and clean. Appreciated the services given to us during our stayed. The breakfast foods can have more choices, for example Cooked food is limited but salad, pastries are more. − The location is a bit outskirts probably this is a resort.
