It was lovely, affordable and relaxing. + The room was lovely and located near the beach but also lots of great food places and cafes around which made it a great location. Zoey our concierge was amazing and so attentive, we were ill most of the time there with a cold as we had been travelling the whole month but Zoey was kind in looking after us and making sure we had everything we needed and checked in on us throughout our stay. Most of the staff at Risemount are lovely a few were not as helpful but thankfully we did not run into any issues as we had Zoey. − nope not able to think of anything in particular that was negative.

Santorini vibes in middle of Da nang + Beautiful greek vibes and down to earth staff from reception to restaurant UYEN AND YI were gem in hotel − Pool needs improvement . algae found on side of pool. Regular cleaning

An amazing stay made truly special by Leona — we’ll definitely be back! + We had an absolutely amazing stay and couldn’t fault a thing. Everything was perfect from start to finish, and what really made the experience special was Leona. This was our second stay with her, and once again she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after. She has genuinely been one of the highlights of our whole trip and has made our time here such a great experience. It’s rare to come across someone so kind, helpful and genuinely caring. Perfect!! - Zoey, Leona and Lany are the best! 100% recommend + A 5/5 review undermines the greatness of this hotel. This hotel single-handedly made me fall in Da Nang again. Good location + Great hotel with spacious, clean rooms and two good sized pools. Around a 10-minute walk to the beach, with a good breakfast selection. The staff were super friendly and helpful , some of the best guest service we experienced in Vietnam. A special 5-star mention to Leona at the front desk for her excellent service and hospitality.
