We stayed for two weeks and used this hotel as our home base while we explored the north. Highly recommend. + Perfect location in old quarter just about everything important is an easy walk away and the church gives you a good land mark for navigation. Breakfast was good and the staff is so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. Also highly recommend the laundry service was very fast and affordable. − Nothing great value for the money!

Posizione ottima e gesto apprezzato al check-out, ma servizio e pulizia da rivedere + La posizione dell'hotel è ottima per spostarsi in città e la colazione è sufficiente. Al check-out la direzione ha riconosciuto i problemi riscontrati, dimostrando correttezza: ci hanno rimborsato una notte di soggiorno e ci hanno offerto gratuitamente il transfer per l'aeroporto per scusarsi dei disagi. − Check-in decisamente disorganizzato: un'ora di attesa dopo due tentativi errati di assegnarmi una camera diversa da quella prenotata. La pulizia della stanza era scarsa. Inoltre, la piscina pubblicizzata non si trova all'interno della struttura ma presso un altro hotel, dettaglio fondamentale che non viene specificato nell'annuncio.

Consiglierei il soggiorno per la cordialità e disponibilità dello staff, sono tutti molto premurosi e gentili. Consiglie + La struttura è in una posizione centrale, lo staff è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile. − La pulizia è migliorabile, purtroppo abbiamo trovato dei peli sulle lenzuola. Il bagno non era in ottime condizioni, dopo il primo utilizzo abbiamo dovuto chiedere aiuto poiché non funzionava più lo sciacquone, sono venuti a sistemarlo. L’acqua in doccia non defluiva bene, si formava una pozzanghera nel piatto doccia. Ho prenotato questo hotel anche per la presenza della piscina, al nostro arrivo ci hanno detto che era in manutenzione e che se avessimo voluto ci avrebbero portati in una piscina vicino, mi è dispiaciuto perché avrei voluto sfruttarla di più e invece così non ci siamo mai andati. Nestled among the quaint alleys of Hanoi this is a priceless gem + The staff went above and beyond to make my stay fantastic. From an upgraded room with a balcony to a phenomenal breakfast each morning. Located just outside the Old Quarter, it is conveniently located near great food and views. I am already planning my return trip next year. − I don’t think that I can think of anything that I didn’t like.

Very good . Location great, All staff were friendly and very helpful. Especially with recommendation + Excellent location. Right in the middle of everything as soon as you step outside. Staff were exceptional. Breakfast was good. Complimentary water and bananas added a comforting touch. Coffee gift pack on departure was a beautiful gesture.

Not worth it for the price, there are way better 3 star hotels for the money. + The hotel staff gave us a different (bigger, family room) that was available at the time we arrived (we arrived earlier than check-in time.) Location is amazing. Breakfast is ok. − The hotel is not a 4 star hotel, it is actually 3 different buildings next to each other, the pictures from booking.com do not reflect the actual hotel and the hotel does not have a pool (they claim it is in maintenance, but there really is no rooftop pool), they offer to go to a different hotel 5 minutes away to go to that pool.
