+ Otel genel olarak temizdi kahvaltılar idare ederdi fakat son gün yaşadığım problemde hiç yardımcı olmadılar. Eşim 28 haftalık hamile uçuş için Türkiye’den gitmeden doktordan rapor almıştık dosya içerisinde odada unutmuşuz çıkış yaparken sonrasında dönüp otele geldiğimizde kontrol etmek istedik bize kontrol ettirdiklerini söylediler ama herhangi biri ile iletişim kurmadılar baktırdıklarını söyleyip bakmadılar ve bizim onlar yüzünden uçuşumuz iptal olabilirdi raporun bizim için önemli olduğunu söylememize rağmen 4 kişi sadece suratımıza baktılar kendi aralarında konuştular

+ Loved the view from the room and the roof top bar with pool. Room was well appointed, providing everything needed between excursions. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, shower had plenty of hot water and water pressure.

+ L’hôtel est bien situé si vous êtes en voiture, car il est facilement accessible et dispose de places de stationnement. En revanche, sans véhicule, les alentours ne sont pas très animés et il y a pas mal de travaux en ce moment, ce qui limite un peu les possibilités à proximité. L’établissement est propre, bien entretenu, et le personnel est très aimable et efficace. Un bon séjour dans l’ensemble !

+ Wir waren als Familie im IntercityHotel Dubai Jaddaf Waterfront und wurden rundum positiv überrascht. Wir hatten zwei Doppelzimmer gebucht und sind mitten in der Nacht angereist – der Empfang war trotz der späten Stunde ausgesprochen freundlich. Uns wurde sogar angeboten, noch unsere Halbpension am Buffet einzunehmen – ein Service, den wir so nicht erwartet hätten. An den folgenden Tagen haben wir die Halbpension jeweils mittags genutzt und waren wirklich erstaunt über die Qualität des Essens: abwechslungsreich, frisch und geschmacklich auf hohem Niveau – damit hatten wir ehrlich gesagt nicht gerechnet. Die Lage des Hotels fanden wir trotz der umliegenden Baustellen sehr gut. Zur Festival City ist es nur ein Katzensprung, und auch in die Innenstadt kommt man mit dem Taxi schnell und unkompliziert. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Kanalblick – ein schöner Bonus, der unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Da…

Hôtel bien mais pas le service de restauration. + Chambre spacieuse et confortable, le personnel est disponible. Par contre, le service de restauration de l'hôtel est loin d'être au niveau. Très longues attentes pour un simple cocktail ou une salade, nous avons été obligé de réclamer plusieurs fois.

+ This is not my first time at this hotel . Keep coming back because of exceptional service, friendly staff , great amenities. Breakfast options can satisfy anyone and everyone. Free ride to festival mall daily . New addition is Rongo Rongo rooftop bar at the pool area , Rajjak and Asad were awesome , friendly and attentive. Water view to Dubai canal . Clean comfy rooms ( I would add microwave and couple of outlets ) 11 min to DXB It’s perfect !

+ Our bed had bed bugs which was reported to management after we changed the room due to horrible noise coming from an adjoining room. There was no upgrade or anything to compensate for the issues we faced.
