Facilities and staff care excellent but accommoda + Hotel facilities were very good though restaurants a little pricey. Staff care and service excellent. Bedroom and bathroom fixtures and fittings and furnishings all basic and needed revamp, all clean and usable. For this reason I would recommend 3* rating for the hotel.

Bad service + Very pathetic service. Being three occupants requested for extra bath towel, even after calling four times it was not delivered. No coffee sachets and as per the house keeping its not available. Milk creamer too not available. Broken lamp , no enough drinking water in the rooms. No tooth brush or slippers available.

+ I usually stay here when I come to Abu Dhabi because I love Swiss Butter and the guy selling the fragrances is awesome. However, this was my last time patronizing this establishment. Check in is slow. They have no urgency. When you call the front desk, it just rings. It takes you approximately five times trying. I had to call housekeeping to get in touch with a manager. They promosed someone would call me back in 5 minutes and they didn't. While trying to sleep, after my 2.5 hour drive, they were doing construction in the room beside me. Apparently, they didn't communicate with the font desk. I called several times and kept the phone ringing & when no one returned my call to address my concern, i walked to the front desk. By the time I got to the front desk, someone answered. They refused to transfer the call to a manager, promising someone would call back. I told her that I wasn't playing that game again and I was at the front desk. Suddenly, she was "apologetic". However, what ma…
