Brilliant hotel 10/10 faultless + Cannot fault the hotel at all, absolutely beautiful, paid for an upgrade to the suite and it was 100% worth it. Great location close by to metro, and little shops and cafes/restaurants if you want a quick bite. Hotel was modern, clean and staff was really top tier and I really mean some of the best in Dubai, special shout out to Imran. Next time in back in Dubai I will definitely be staying here again, the special honeymoon surprise was just another special thing. 10/10 and would recommend to everyone

+ I'm in experience traveler, and I was really blown away by the property. The rooms are incredible. The bathrooms are insane. The staff is is totally on point. my only issue is the arrival area of the hotel. If anyone reads my comment will think I'm crazy to have said the above but trust me once you get in the hotel it's a totally different experience.

+ I booked through Expedia and have sent 2 message before I arrive and 1 message after I left as I have lost something in the room , but no reply at all , I don’t know it is the hotel or Expedia , who’s fault . Both need an improve ! Regards
