+ Sehr gutes Hotel mit einigen Mängel für ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Wir sind um ca. 2 Uhr morgens angekommen und haben festgestellt dass kein Wasser im Zimmer war. Auch das separat gebuchtes Bett für unseren Sohn war nicht aufgestellt. Auch finde ich, dass man in ein Mövenpick Hotel nicht über 5€ für ein Kugel Eis bezahlen sollte! Auch andere Aktivitäten wie zB Minigolf im Hotel waren zu bezahlen. Ich kenne sehr viele andere Hotels, dass diese Gratis angeboten werden. Generell fanden wir die Preise sehr überteuert. (Für ein Orientalisches Tee in der Sky Bar über 12 € zur bezahlen und dann festzustellen dass es ein einfache Beuteltee ist finde ich nicht in Ordnung. Auch fanden wir sehr Schade dass das Schwimmbad um 17:00 geschlossen wurde.

Best Hotel in the Area. + I’ve stayed in this area 3 times now, and this is by far the best of the Hotels I’ve stayed at in the area. As soon as you get out your taxi/car/coach you’re welcomed by friendly helpful staff. Then you enter the lobby which is large, Modern, & smells great. Check in was quick & easy with a nice drink offered while you’re assigned your Room. These rooms are probably the best I’ve stayed in over the last year; and I travel a lot. Big wide rooms with amazing views, bed & bathroom is exactly how I like them. Pool area and beach is well set out, and beach bar at far end of beach is perfect for drinks at the end of the day. Look forward to returning.

Solid 4.5/5. only weakness was breakfast. + + lovely hotel, excellent bed and sheets, great beach with lifeguards, ditto the pool. - the breakfast was limited. signs said vegan options available but they weren't and from the bewildered expressions when we asked, they never have been

Late check out + At the time of booking, I chose late check-out and paid extra for it, but the hotwl front desk refused to give us late check-out As I have already paid extra, they didnt accept and you need to pay back. I alreadypaud extra in your websitw for 2 hours late check out

Disappointing + Disappointing Experience That Doesn’t Match the Price I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience fell well below expectations — especially given the price point, which is considerably higher than many nearby alternatives. To start, the TV wouldn’t connect to my mobile device, which was frustrating since I often stream my own content while traveling. Even after contacting the staff and involving IT support, the issue remained unresolved until 2 attempts with IT lost a day in between. The dinner menu offered very limited food variations, making it repetitive and uninspiring, especially for longer stays. On top of that, room service was consistently slow, taking 30 to 40 minutes for even basic requests, which significantly impacted convenience. One of the biggest disappointments was that the fridge in the room didn’t even cool, making it useless for storing drinks or snacks — something I expect as a basic amenity.
