Perfect weekend + We went to the Novotel pool this weekend and ordered pizza. It was delicious. The hookah was very good and the staff was friendly. Next week we will come again For food and pool

Good Experience + I’ve been staying at this property for the past few years and truly appreciate the consistent professionalism and hospitality of the entire team. A special shout-out to Sherif from the Front Office — highly professional, extremely helpful, and genuinely empathetic in his approach. A note of appreciation as well to Chef Ibrahim, who leads the kitchen team with great passion. The recent updates to the breakfast spread and overall menu reflect the team’s dedication to quality and innovation. Kudos also to Chef Ahmed and Chef Aung for their professionalism and culinary excellence. Compliments to the entire F&B team — Desmond, Nico, Barsha, Thander, and Irfan from the Front Office — for their continued efforts in ensuring a wonderful guest experience.

Great for family! + We stayed at Novotel Bur Dubai for 3 nights and it was an amazing experience for me and my family! The staff was warm and welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and cozy We especially enjoyed the in-room dining. The food was fresh, delicious, and delivered promptly every time. It made our stay comfortable and convenient. Our favorite part was the daily breakfast at HangOut Café. The variety was splendid, it provided to different tastes and likings, and every dish we tried was absolutely amazing. A big shout-out to Chef Ibrahim, who went above and beyond making sure that guests had a top-notch dining experience. Not only is he a top chef, but he’s also very friendly and welcoming – it truly made our stay great. The hotel’s amenities were also great – the pool was clean and well-maintained my daughter loved it so much. Overall, we can say its one for the books and would highly recommend Novotel Bur Dubai to anyone!

Great service and value for your money! + My friend and I attended the Halloween brunch and it was a treat! The staff were attentive and very accommodating. The food spread was also good. They also have the Friday soiree which is a must-attend event. Thanks and kudos to Mr. Emman Calixto and the staff!

Review + The hotel stay was comfortable and the staff was polite, but the veg breakfast was really disappointing. The options were very limited and the food quality was not up to the mark. Everything else was fine, but the breakfast definitely needs improvement.

House keeping + Saroj, Rosmi & Minja are the guys who are excellent in house keeping and very punctual in their work. Saroj help a lot for providing required things on immediate basis like water bottles.

Application of staff at Novotel. + We had a good stay at the hotel. Most staff are very friendly, efficient and helpful. Especially Arjun, Barsha, Bindu Amine, Daphne, Thandar, Mary, Ibrahim. All the kitchen staff. We will be back every time we come to Dubai.

The staff were professional and everything was really good apart from the fact that my friend could not get beans at Breakfast. Bindu was absolutely fabulous and amazing.

Check-in was seamless, and the front desk staff were incredibly especially JEFFERSON EBOL. My room was quiet, clean, and had excellent natural light—ideal for working late. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Appreciated the delicious, varied breakfast buffet, though perhaps fewer pastries next time for healthier options. Highly recommend for professionals
